On most Delta flights equipped with Delta Sync Wi-Fi, internet access is free for SkyMiles members—and joining SkyMiles is free. Some flights still offer paid Wi-Fi through a different onboard service, and Delta does not publish one universal current price for a pass. Check the service and price for each flight segment before you buy.
When Delta Wi-Fi is free and when it may cost extra
Delta Sync Wi-Fi is free for SkyMiles members on most equipped domestic and international flights. Availability depends on the aircraft and route, and Delta is still transitioning aircraft to the service. On some flights, Delta instead offers its legacy Wi-Fi Onboard service, where a paid Flight Pass may be available. Delta’s onboard Wi-Fi page describes the current services and access options.
Because Delta does not state a single current fare for every flight, an older or generalized pass price may not apply to yours. If a pass is offered, review the price in the onboard Wi-Fi portal before purchasing.
