No. Frogwares Support’s Remastered FAQ says Steam players can choose the original 2019 version through the launch-options window, or in Steam under Properties > General > Launch Options. Confirm which version you have launched before following a guide; instructions may differ.

Can you upgrade your original console edition for free?
Frogwares Support states that the free remastered update applies to owners of the original edition specifically released for PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S. Its FAQ says PS4 and Xbox One editions do not qualify. The rule depends on the original edition you own, so check the official upgrade FAQ for the current details before changing or purchasing an edition.
