ColorNote Notepad Notes brings notes, checklists, small calendar reminders, sharing and backup into one Android app. It can reduce app switching for everyday organization, while still working alongside a full-featured calendar rather than replacing one.
What ColorNote combines

These functions may suit someone who wants notes, lists and incidental reminders in one place. They do not establish that the app has every feature of a dedicated task manager or calendar.
Where its calendar fits
The article presents ColorNote’s calendar as a home for small, practical reminders: a pickup detail, a bill due date or a call to make. That is a different job from managing a full schedule with extensive event planning. If your existing calendar handles appointments and recurring commitments well, ColorNote’s calendar can be an add-on for quick reminders rather than a wholesale replacement.

Backup and security claims to verify
