Does HostPapa include WHMCS or Clientexec?
Do not assume a free billing license is included with Bronze or Silver. HostPapa’s feature page says WHMCS or Clientexec is not included in those two tiers, while the plan page lists WHMCS for Bronze and Silver and elsewhere describes billing as an advanced feature with a 250-account limit. HostAdvice’s 2026 review reports a Grade C and a 68% GTmetrix performance score for a live WordPress site on a HostPapa shared server. It explicitly says it did not benchmark a reseller account in isolation, because reseller hosting is a management layer. Before choosing, resolve the recurring cost and billing-software questions, and make sure the support workload suits your business.
