Hokko Spaces launches digitally on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam on October 29, 2026. Gematsu reports a $7.99 launch price. The game is a compact diorama-building sandbox from Wonderscope Games, focused on decorating small scenes, changing their atmosphere, welcoming friendly residents and photographing the results rather than managing a large life-simulation town.
When does Hokko Spaces come out?
The announced release date is October 29, 2026, with simultaneous availability on Nintendo Switch and PC through Steam. Gematsu’s October 15, 2026 report supplies the dated launch announcement and the reported $7.99 price.
Nintendo’s store listing identifies the Switch edition as a digital download published by Team17 and developed by Wonderscope Games Ltd. Steam’s store page still showed its release-date field as “To be announced” when checked, so the October 29 date comes from the Team17/Gematsu announcement rather than the current Steam metadata.

A dedicated camera mode includes filters, framing and focus controls. It is designed for capturing images of your finished dioramas and the mood created by their lighting and weather settings.
The developer’s stated aim is to let players build “small, lively spaces,” reflecting Robert Tatnell’s interest in miniatures and dioramas.
