Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival has 45 trophies on PS5 and 69 achievements on Steam. Plan around missable optional objectives: the campaign is linear and a recent trophy roadmap reports no Chapter Select. Keep manual saves and track collectibles and optional tasks as you go. For the ending trophies, save before the final choice so you can reload rather than replay the full campaign.
How many trophies and achievements are in Hellraiser: Revival?
The totals differ by platform. GameTrek’s roadmap, updated October 10, 2026, lists 45 PS5 trophies: one Platinum, three Gold, nine Silver, and 32 Bronze. Steam’s achievement page lists 69 achievements. GameTrek describes the Steam list as the 44 non-Platinum equivalents of the console trophies plus 25 additional achievements.

Saber describes the game as a first-person action horror survival game in which Aidan uses the Genesis Configuration to help Sunny escape the Labyrinth. Saber’s official site labels the game “OUT NOW”; the PS5 launch and Steam release were listed for October 8, 2026. Confirm the platform’s live store listing for current availability.

Assume optional objectives and collectibles can be missed when you advance. PowerPyx reports that the campaign is linear and has no Chapter Select, and GameTrek summarizes the trophies as missable. Story trophies may unlock naturally as the plot progresses, but that does not protect optional conditions or collectibles.

- Keep a manual save at important milestones, especially before points of no return and the final choice.
- Use a checklist for optional objectives, collectibles, and shop-related tasks; verify each before moving on.
- Do not assume you can return to an earlier area after advancing. The reported lack of Chapter Select means a missed task may require replaying the campaign.
Do you need two playthroughs for the Platinum?
The endings have separate trophies. GameTrek says players can earn them in two runs or reload a save made before the final choice. To avoid repeating the campaign, make a manual save immediately before that choice, complete one ending, then reload and select the other. This guidance concerns the ending trophies; it does not replace keeping track of missable tasks earlier in the story.
Which collectibles should you track?
PowerPyx’s guide identifies 27 required collectible targets across four categories. Treat the counts as checklist goals and mark each one as you find it:

Because there is no reported Chapter Select, do not leave an area or progress past a major transition until you have checked for the items and optional objectives available there. The category totals alone do not identify locations; use a location-by-location walkthrough if you need exact item positions.

Is there a shop trophy bug?
PowerPyx reported on launch day that two shop-related trophies could stop tracking if they were not earned at the first shop. That is a dated third-party report, not confirmation of a current bug. Check the patch notes and trophy or achievement list for your platform and game version before treating it as active. As a cautious approach, complete shop-related trophy requirements the first time the shop is available and confirm that the relevant progress registers.

What should you know before starting?
- Internet and patches: Saber support says an internet connection is not required, but recommends connecting to receive the latest patches.
- Playtime: Saber estimates a playthrough at around 8–12 hours, depending on playstyle. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion time; missed objectives or a second ending route can add time.
- Content updates: Saber says it expects to issue patches for post-launch issues and has no plans for future DLC or content updates.
- Streaming: Saber’s FAQ says there is no streamer mode. It advises creators to apply an 18+ restriction using the platform’s tools and, where available, a sexual-themes label.
Saber’s official FAQ is the source for the support guidance above. Physical Nintendo Switch 2 retail versions were scheduled for October 30, 2026; check current retailer and platform availability before relying on that date or assuming an edition is purchasable.
