In 91mobiles’ device-tested comparison, the UNISOC T7250 records a much higher AnTuTu score than the Helio G85, while their Geekbench CPU results are nearly tied. Those are scores from tested phones, not fixed performance guarantees for every handset. For a purchase, compare the exact phones and their configurations rather than choosing by chipset name alone.
Benchmark results: T7250 leads AnTuTu, but CPU scores are close
91mobiles’ comparison, accessed in 2026, reports these results. The site says each AnTuTu figure shown is the highest it recorded among devices running that chip.
| Benchmark | Helio G85 | UNISOC T7250 | What the results indicate |
|---|---|---|---|
| AnTuTu | 271,962 | 381,574 | The T7250 scores substantially higher in 91mobiles’ listed device sample. |
| Geekbench single-core | 432 | 441 | A small T7250 lead. |
| Geekbench multi-core | 1,463 | 1,480 | A small T7250 lead. |
These are device-tested benchmark database results, not laboratory constants for the processors. Phone cooling, memory configuration, software and benchmark version can affect results; the cited sources do not isolate how much each factor contributes.
The size of the AnTuTu lead also depends on the source. GadgetVersus reports 234,243 for one Helio G85 variant and 264,588 for the T7250, with Geekbench results that vary by G85 variant. That comparison reports a smaller AnTuTu gap than 91mobiles. The numbers should therefore be read with their publisher and handset context, not combined into a single definitive score. See GadgetVersus’s comparison.

CPU and graphics specifications
Helio G85
MediaTek specifies an eight-core CPU with two Arm Cortex-A75 cores running at up to 2 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores running at up to 1.8 GHz. Its graphics processor is an Arm Mali-G52 MC2 with a maximum frequency of 1 GHz. MediaTek’s Helio G85 specifications are the primary source for these figures.
UNISOC T7250
Secondary comparison pages describe the T7250 as an eight-core Cortex-A75/Cortex-A55 design with Mali-G57 graphics. One lists a 12 nm process and an 850 MHz GPU frequency; those details are not confirmed here against a UNISOC primary specification page. Treat them as secondary-source reports rather than equivalent to the official G85 specification.
The Mali-G57 name alone does not establish that a T7250 phone will deliver better gaming. Game compatibility, graphics settings, sustained temperature, screen resolution and the phone’s cooling design all affect the experience; the cited comparisons are not controlled gaming tests.

MediaTek lists the Helio G85 with LPDDR4x memory support up to 8 GB, eMMC 5.1 storage, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, LTE Cat-7 downlink and Cat-13 uplink, and 4G carrier aggregation. It lists a maximum display resolution of 2520 × 1080, video playback support at 2K/30 fps and 1080p/60 fps, and camera support for 48 MP capture and dual-camera configurations. These are chipset capabilities; a phone maker’s implementation determines which are present in a particular handset.

The retrieved descriptions place both processors in the 4G budget-phone category, but they do not establish a band-by-band or feature-by-feature network equivalence. Check the exact phone’s supported bands and connectivity for your region rather than inferring compatibility from the chip.

For general performance
The cited 91mobiles results favor the T7250 in AnTuTu, but show only a small gap in Geekbench CPU scores. Use that as an indication from the tested devices, not a promise that every T7250 handset will feel faster than every G85 handset.

For gaming
Neither chipset name nor GPU model is enough to predict the result in a particular game. Look for testing of the exact phone at the resolution and graphics settings you expect to use, especially if long sessions matter. The cited sources do not provide a controlled head-to-head gaming test.

For buying between two phones
Compare the complete devices: sustained CPU and graphics performance, RAM and storage configuration, display, battery, regional network bands, software support and current price. The chipset comparison pages do not establish these qualities across all phones using either processor. As one T7250 example, 91mobiles lists the realme C100X, but that listing alone does not verify its present availability or regional configuration. See 91mobiles’ T7250 page.
