The Xbox storefront marks the title “Optimized for XBOX Series X|S.” That badge confirms that the release is identified as optimized for the current Xbox generation, but it does not specify an output resolution, frame rate, texture setting, ray-tracing option or Series X-versus-Series S split. Treat it as a platform-compatibility and optimization designation, not as a numerical performance promise.
Why a PS5-versus-Series-X verdict would be premature
Resolution and frame rate can vary by display mode, patch, console model and scene. Without measurements or official targets, claiming that PS5 is sharper, Series X runs faster, or Series S uses a particular resolution would be speculation. If a future patch note, developer statement or independent technical analysis supplies numbers, check whether it identifies the exact console, game version and display mode. A useful comparison should state:
- whether the resolution is native, fixed or dynamically scaled;
- whether the frame rate is a cap, a target or an observed range;
- whether separate quality and performance modes exist;
- whether Series X and Series S use different settings;

The console versions are digital listings rather than documented physical editions. No physical disc, boxed collector version or title-specific accessory is established by the available material. The PC version launched on Steam on May 28, 2026; that earlier PC date does not change the console comparison or establish cross-save support between PC and console.
