Is Grok free?
Yes. SpaceXAI lists a Free plan at $0 per month, describing it as a way to try Grok within “generous limits.” The official pages reviewed do not state a universal daily or weekly free message quota. Limits may depend on your location, plan and account, so treat specific quota figures from older guides or user posts as unverified.
Grok is available at grok.com and through iOS and Android apps. SpaceXAI’s Grok overview describes chat, voice, file uploads, connectors and image and video creation through Grok Imagine. Which features you can use depends on your plan and account.
What do you get with free Grok?
The pricing page lists real-time web and X search, voice mode, connectors and SOC 2 compliance (Type I & II) for the Free plan. The overview also describes Grok’s broader capabilities, but that does not mean every tool or model is available to every free account. SpaceXAI’s consumer FAQ qualifies availability by location.

The same page shows SuperGrok Lite, SuperGrok Heavy, Business and Enterprise in its comparison table, but the accessible plan information reviewed did not provide a directly readable price and full feature breakdown for those tiers. Check the live SpaceXAI plan page rather than infer their current terms from older listings.

SpaceXAI’s official FAQ says paid usage is drawn from a shared weekly pool across Grok products, replacing separate daily allowances for individual products. Chat, Imagine, Voice, Build and other products use that pool; compute-heavy tasks consume more of it. Your reset schedule appears under Settings → Usage.

When the included pool is exhausted, paid features pause until it resets. The FAQ says separate free-tier Chat and Voice limits remain available. It also lists these ways to continue:
- Wait for the weekly pool to reset.
- Buy Extra Usage Credits. The FAQ says web purchases start at $5; credits expire one year after purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Enable Auto Top Up or upgrade, if those options are available to your account.
Credit availability and billing terms can change; check the in-account purchase screen before buying.

Is Grok included with X Premium?
X says its Premium subscription increases Grok usage limits. X Premium+ lists SuperGrok access and Grok Bot among its benefits. Eligibility and access depend on the relevant account being linked or signed in; SpaceXAI’s FAQ says refunds for X Premium subscriptions are handled by X.
