Verdict: The Godrej SeeThru Pro Nova is a feature-rich 10-inch video door-phone system for homes that need a large indoor display, Wi-Fi visitor access, multiple cameras and electric-lock control. Its clearest weakness is not a measured performance problem but contradictory storage specifications: first-party documents claim different limits for internal images and videos. Confirm the exact hardware and firmware revision before paying.
What the Godrej SeeThru Pro Nova is
The SeeThru Pro Nova combines a 10-inch indoor monitor with an outdoor door station. The monitor uses a 1024×600 IPS capacitive touchscreen and connects to Wi-Fi for smartphone-based visitor communication. The system is designed to show callers, support two-way conversation and integrate with additional cameras, monitors and an electric lock or gate release.
Godrej describes the system as a way to “Stay connected & safe. See and talk to visitors via the app and enjoy contactless calling and peace of mind!” The published feature set includes motion detection, recording, call forwarding and remote automatic-gate opening.

The one flaw: storage figures do not agree
Godrej’s own documents list three different internal-storage limits for the same product family. The product page says “100 Images.” The official store specification says “80 Images/ 10 Video.” The user manual states “Inner Flash: Maximum 60 images, Maximum 10 videos.”

- 【Strong Adsorption】The inspiration of the silicone phone suction case comes from the adhesive force of the octopus. Each suction cup phone mount is 3.15 inches long and 2.17 inches wide, with 24 independent suction cups providing a stronger and more stable suction force, so you don't have to worry about your phone falling during use.
- 【Back of Phone Suction Grip】Remove the adhesive film on the phone suction cup and stick it on the phone case. You can then fix the phone on any smooth surface, which is very convenient. (The phone suction cup cannot be removed and reused after being attached to the phone case. It is recommended to attach it to a regular phone case, not a valuable one.)
- 【Widely Used】Our non-slip silicone phone sticky grip mount attaches to almost any flat phone case and make it compatible with common mobile phones such as iPhone and Android. You can shoot, watch videos or video calls in the kitchen, gym, dance studio, bathroom and other places.
- 【Capture the Wonderful Picture】Whether you are a TikTok creator or just like to share videos and photos, this phone suction cup can help you hands-free capture wonderful videos and photos for sharing with friends.
- 【Note】You can fix the phone suction cup on a smooth surface such as a mirror or glass. If necessary, wipe the suction cup with a damp cloth to obtain stronger suction. Before releasing your hand, make sure the phone is firmly fixed. (Not applicable to rough walls, wooden surfaces, and other uneven surfaces)
| Document | Internal image limit | Internal video limit |
|---|---|---|
| Godrej product page | 100 images | Not stated |
| Godrej official store specification | 80 images | 10 videos |
| User manual | Up to 60 images | 10 videos |
These limits may reflect different firmware or hardware revisions, but the published material does not explain the discrepancy. Ask the seller or installer to identify the supplied revision and demonstrate the recording menu. If you need more capacity, the manual’s Micro SD expansion support is the more relevant specification; it lists cards up to 128 GB.
Wi-Fi, phone access and home security features
Wi-Fi smartphone access is part of the advertised system. The intended workflow is to receive or handle visitor calls through the associated app, rather than relying only on the wall-mounted monitor. The published materials do not establish app reliability, notification latency, cloud-retention policy or performance when the internet connection fails, so those points should be checked during installation.

- SUPERIOR COMFORT — Unlike traditional circular ear buds, the design of EarPods is defined by the geometry of the ear. Which makes them more comfortable for more people than any other ear bud–style headphones.
- HIGH-QUALITY AUDIO — The speakers inside EarPods have been engineered to maximize sound output and minimize sound loss, which means you get high-quality audio.
- BUILT-IN REMOTE — EarPods with USB-C plug also include a built-in remote that lets you adjust the volume, control the playback of music and video, and answer or end calls with a pinch of the cord.
- COMPATIBILITY — Works with all devices that have a USB-C port.
- INTEGRATED MICROPHONE — A built-in microphone precisely captures your voice while you’re on the phone, taking a FaceTime call, or summoning Siri — so you’re always heard loud and clear.
The monitor can record video, detect motion, forward calls and store voice messages. Scheduled do-not-disturb mode, screensaver settings and separate ringtone and talk-volume adjustments are useful for controlling interruptions in a busy household. The system also supports point-to-point intercom between indoor monitors and broadcast communication.
Camera coverage and expansion
The outdoor unit is listed as a 2MP/1080P camera with a 120-degree viewing angle and IP68 protection. That rating describes the listed outdoor protection level; the available documents do not provide an independent night-vision assessment, measured image quality or a field-of-view test.

For larger properties, the installation can include two door stations, two CCTV inputs and up to five extension monitors in addition to the master monitor. This makes the Nova more adaptable than a single-screen doorbell, particularly when separate entrances, indoor viewing points or existing CCTV feeds are involved.
Lock and gate integration
The published feature list includes electric-lock release and remote automatic-gate opening. Confirm the voltage, relay wiring, lock type and gate-controller compatibility with the installer before ordering. “Supports” does not by itself confirm that every electric strike, magnetic lock or gate motor can be connected without an additional interface.

What is established—and what is not
The published specifications establish the screen size, camera resolution, expansion limits, recording support, Wi-Fi capability and advertised lock integration. They do not establish independent measurements for video latency, app stability, night footage, audio quality, weather performance in a particular installation or customer satisfaction. Those outcomes depend on wiring, network quality, mounting position and the supplied revision.
Who should buy it?
- Good fit: Homes wanting a large 10-inch touchscreen, several indoor monitors, two entrances or CCTV integration, plus Wi-Fi visitor handling.
- Check carefully: Buyers who depend on a specific internal recording limit, need guaranteed app behavior or require compatibility with a particular gate controller.
- Before payment: Get the storage capacity, hardware/firmware revision, included accessories, installation scope, warranty start date and current stock confirmed in writing.
Bottom line
The Godrej SeeThru Pro Nova offers an unusually broad feature set for a residential video door-phone system: a large IPS touchscreen, 1080P outdoor camera, Wi-Fi access, multi-monitor expansion, CCTV inputs, recording and electric-gate functions. The inconsistent internal-storage documentation is a genuine buying risk, however. It is worth considering when those expansion and integration features matter, provided the seller verifies the exact unit and demonstrates its storage behavior before installation.
