The specifications point to different priorities, not a universal winner. The Galaxy’s clearest hardware distinction is its dedicated telephoto camera. The POCO’s headline advantage is its reported battery capacity and charging rate. The POCO display is larger and higher-resolution on the cited figures, but those numbers alone do not establish overall panel quality.

These prices do not yield a meaningful direct price difference: they are from different countries, currencies, and retail markets. Compare the same storage capacity in your country, at the same time, and include taxes, discounts, warranty coverage, and seller terms. Samsung’s US launch price should not be used to infer what the phone costs elsewhere.
Which phone has the better battery?
On stated hardware, the POCO leads: launch coverage reports a 10,000mAh silicon-carbon battery and 100W charging, compared with 4,900mAh and 45W wired charging listed for the Galaxy in comparison coverage. That makes the POCO the more compelling specification-led choice if battery capacity and charging rate are your priorities.

Capacity and charging wattage are not a battery-life test. No comparable controlled runtime result is established here, so the figures do not prove how many hours either phone will last in your use. Screen settings, signal strength, workload, and software can all affect runtime.
Which phone has the better camera?
The Galaxy S26 FE has the more versatile stated rear-camera arrangement: wide, ultra-wide, and a dedicated 8MP telephoto camera with 3× optical zoom. That gives it a clearly specified optical-zoom option that the reported POCO camera list—a 50MP and an 8MP rear setup—does not provide. Megapixel counts do not determine photo quality by themselves. The specifications support a choice based on camera types and zoom flexibility, not a claim that every Galaxy photo will be better than every POCO photo.
How do the displays and processors compare?
The POCO’s reported 6.83-inch, 1.5K AMOLED screen is larger and has a higher stated resolution than Samsung’s 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen. Both are listed at 120Hz. Samsung specifies its display technology by name; the size and resolution figures do not settle brightness, color accuracy, outdoor visibility, or overall picture quality.

Samsung identifies the Galaxy S26 FE’s processor as Exynos 2500, while Gadgets 360 lists Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 for the POCO. Chipset names alone are not enough to call a performance winner, and no standardized head-to-head test is established here. If gaming or demanding apps matter, check reliable tests of the exact regional models you can buy.

Samsung said select US carriers would begin offering the Galaxy S26 FE on September 3, 2026, with broader US availability on September 4 through Samsung.com, carriers, and retailers. The initial dates are launch information, not a guarantee of current stock. POCO launch coverage said the X8 Power would go on sale in India on September 11 through Flipkart; that also does not confirm present availability.
