Galaxy S25 benchmark results vary by test version and source. In review-unit tests, Gadgets 360 recorded 2,113,343 in AnTuTu v10, while Notebookcheck recorded 1,975,467. Their Geekbench and PCMark results also differ, so treat each figure as a result from a specific test—not a guaranteed score for every S25.
Galaxy S25 benchmark scores at a glance
| Source and test type | AnTuTu | Geekbench single-core | Geekbench multi-core | PCMark Work |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Gadgets 360 review unit | AnTuTu v10: 2,113,343 | 3,034 | 9,211 | Work 3.0: 20,833 |
| Notebookcheck review unit | AnTuTu v10: 1,975,467 | Geekbench 6.7: 3,087 | Geekbench 6.7: 9,776 | Work 3.x: 20,623 |
| UL Benchmarks user-submission median | Not stated (UL Benchmarks device page) | Not stated (UL Benchmarks device page) | Not stated (UL Benchmarks device page) | Work 3.0: 20,022 |
| Geekbench Browser user-submission chart | Not stated (Geekbench Browser device page) | 2,441 | 8,606 | Not stated (Geekbench Browser device page) |
The results are not a controlled head-to-head comparison: review-unit tests and user-submission aggregates use different collection methods. The Geekbench Browser figures are from its current Geekbench 6 chart, which changes as new submissions arrive. Notebookcheck’s review page was updated February 18, 2026; UL Benchmarks’ device page was last updated March 12, 2026.
Why Galaxy S25 scores differ
Benchmark version and mode
AnTuTu v10, Geekbench 6 or 6.7, and PCMark Work 3.0 or 3.x are not interchangeable labels. A score only makes sense alongside its benchmark version and test mode. Geekbench single-core and multi-core numbers measure different workloads and should not be combined or compared as if they were the same result.

1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesReview test versus user-submission data
A reviewer reports runs on a particular test device. UL Benchmarks reports medians from user submissions and notes that conditions can affect submitted scores, including less-than-ideal test conditions. Geekbench Browser’s device chart also uses user-submitted Geekbench 6 results. These pools describe different samples, so a difference between them does not by itself show that one result is wrong.

What processor is in the Galaxy S25?
Samsung says the Galaxy S25 series is powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy. In its January 22, 2025 announcement, Samsung attributed a 40% NPU, 37% CPU, and 30% GPU performance boost to the processor compared with the previous generation, and said the phone has a 40% larger vapor chamber. These are Samsung’s manufacturer claims, not results from the benchmark runs above.

How to compare Galaxy S25 benchmark results fairly
- Match the benchmark and version. Compare AnTuTu v10 with AnTuTu v10, and check the Geekbench or PCMark version before drawing conclusions.
- Match the test mode. Keep Geekbench single-core and multi-core scores separate; for PCMark, confirm the Work mode and version.
- Match the collection method. Compare review-unit results with results gathered under the same review method, or compare submission-based figures with the same kind of aggregate.
- Check the source and date. Submission charts can change over time, and review results describe a particular test unit and software state.
- Avoid reading small score gaps as everyday speed differences. These benchmark numbers alone do not establish how much faster one phone will feel in ordinary use.
For example, the two review sources report different AnTuTu v10 totals and different Geekbench results. That variation is a reason to retain the source and version beside each number—not to choose one as the universal Galaxy S25 score.
