Which phone has the better display?
On listed specifications, the Nord CE 6 has the larger and sharper screen, with a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel at 1272 × 2772 pixels and a 144Hz refresh rate. Those figures describe the specifications, not a hands-on assessment of color, brightness, outdoor readability, or motion handling. If those qualities matter more than resolution and refresh-rate numbers, compare the models in person where possible.

Does the Nord CE 6 battery last longer?
The Nord CE 6’s stated 8,000 mAh capacity is substantially larger than the A36’s 5,000 mAh. OnePlus also lists 80W SUPERVOOC charging support for the Nord. Capacity and charging wattage alone do not establish how long either phone lasts during your daily use or how long a full charge takes in practice; usage, network conditions, settings, and charging conditions matter.
OnePlus describes the Nord’s battery health with the marketing statement “6 years of battery health. Guaranteed.” Its product-page footnote describes a typical charging pattern and notes that environmental factors can affect battery health. Treat this as a vendor claim with stated conditions, not an independently verified lifespan result.
How do chipset and software support affect the choice?
Chipset
The comparison listing names a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 in the Galaxy A36 and a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 in the Nord CE 6. These labels identify different chipsets but do not prove how much faster one phone will feel in a particular app, game, or workload. No like-for-like performance test is established by the cited comparison.
