Fusion CX has reserved 1,09,30,796 shares for anchor investors. Pricing that allocation at the top of the ₹275–₹289 band gives approximately ₹315.9 crore, which is the source of the widely reported ₹315 crore figure. Anchor bidding is scheduled for 13 October 2026; the public issue opens on 14 October and closes on 16 October.

The amount is an approximate calculation at the cap price, not a separately announced final rupee receipt. The proposed BSE and NSE listing date is 22 October 2026, subject to the issue proceeding on schedule.

How the ₹315 crore anchor figure is calculated

Moneycontrol reported an anchor reservation of 1,09,30,796 shares. Multiplying that quantity by the ₹289 upper-band price produces ₹3,159,000,044, or about ₹315.9 crore. News reports therefore round the amount to ₹315 crore.

The calculation assumes the upper-band price. The final allocation price and proceeds should be confirmed through the exchange or regulatory allotment filing. Anchor bidding takes place before the public subscription window and is separate from applications submitted by ordinary investors.

What Fusion CX does

Fusion CX is an AI-powered customer-experience and business-process services company. It handles customer interactions through voice, email, chat, social media and messaging channels.

AI data and automation services

Alongside customer support operations, the company provides AI data-infrastructure work, including data collection, data annotation and labelling, and teleoperations. Its step-down subsidiaries, Omind Technologies Inc. and Omind Technologies Private Limited, own or develop the Arya and MindVoice tools that the IPO documents identify for further investment.

Customer industries

Fusion CX serves telecom and utilities, high technology and travel, banking, financial services and insurance, retail, and healthcare and life sciences customers. The mix gives the business several end markets, but it also exposes revenue to the spending cycles and outsourcing decisions of those industries.

How the ₹702 crore issue will be used

Fresh issue: up to ₹500 crore

Money raised through the fresh issue is intended in part for repayment or prepayment of borrowings. Reducing debt can lower interest costs and improve the balance sheet, although the eventual effect depends on the amount actually raised and the liabilities repaid.

Investment in Omind subsidiaries

Another stated objective is investment in Omind Technologies Inc. and Omind Technologies Private Limited to upgrade Arya and MindVoice. These are planned uses of fresh capital, not proceeds from the offer-for-sale component.

Offer for sale: ₹202 crore

The offer-for-sale portion consists of shares sold by existing shareholders. That money goes to the selling holders rather than to Fusion CX, so only the fresh-issue component directly supplies new corporate capital.

When investors can apply

  1. 13 October 2026: Anchor-investor bidding is scheduled one day before the public issue.

  3. 16 October 2026: The subscription period is scheduled to close.
  4. 22 October 2026: BSE and NSE listing is proposed, assuming the timetable is completed as announced.

IPO schedules can change through exchange notices or regulatory filings. Investors should check the final offer documents for application details, minimum bid quantities, allotment timing and refund or demat-credit dates.

Who is connected to the anchor and pre-IPO transactions?

Anchor names are not yet definitive

The published information confirms the number of shares reserved and the bidding date, but it does not provide a definitive final list of anchor-allotment names. Names and quantities should be treated as confirmed only after the relevant allotment disclosure.

A separate ₹120 crore secondary transaction

The Economic Times reported that Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance, investor Ashish Kacholia and Mukul Agrawal-backed Sanshi Fund acquired a combined 3.19% stake in pre-IPO secondary transactions worth ₹120 crore at ₹289 per share. This was a purchase from existing holders before the IPO; it is not the same as the anchor allocation and should not be added to the ₹315 crore calculation.

Fusion CX operating scale

As of 30 June 2026, Fusion CX reported 13,735 employees across 13 countries and 40 delivery centres. It served 208 customers and supported 28 languages. Those figures indicate a geographically distributed delivery model, while the customer count and industry mix remain important factors for assessing concentration and renewal risk.

IPO intermediaries

The draft red herring prospectus names Nuvama Wealth Management, IIFL Capital Services and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors as book-running lead managers. KFin Technologies is the registrar.

What the price band does—and does not—tell you

The ₹275–₹289 band establishes the cash price investors will use when bidding, with the final issue price normally set within that range. The headline figures provided for the offer do not include the post-issue share count or earnings needed to calculate a reliable market capitalisation or price-to-earnings multiple. Investors therefore need the financial statements and final prospectus disclosures to judge valuation rather than relying on the ₹315 crore anchor headline alone.

Key points to verify before subscribing

  • Confirm the final anchor-allotment names and quantities after the 13 October bidding process.
  • Read the final prospectus for debt-repayment amounts, the timetable for investment in the Omind subsidiaries, and any conditions attached to those uses.
  • Review customer, geography and industry concentration alongside the reported 208-customer base.
  • Distinguish fresh-issue proceeds, which fund Fusion CX, from the ₹202 crore offer for sale paid to selling shareholders.
  • Recheck subscription, allotment and listing dates against exchange notices because IPO timetables and post-issue disclosures are time-sensitive.

Bottom line

Fusion CX’s reported ₹315 crore anchor amount is an approximate ₹315.9 crore allocation calculated from 1,09,30,796 reserved shares at the ₹289 cap price. The company is offering a ₹702 crore IPO from 14 to 16 October 2026, combining up to ₹500 crore of fresh capital with a ₹202 crore offer for sale. Anchor names and the final rupee allocation still require the formal allotment disclosure.
