Community guides report that Yeat’s Unreleased Music quest rewards the HeliMAn Jam Track after you collect five bells near the Yeat NPC and return them. Once the track appears in your Locker, equip it under Music or Jam Tracks, then use it in Festival Main Stage or Festival Jam Stage. Epic’s documentation confirms the Locker and Festival steps; the specific NPC reward and location remain community-reported rather than independently confirmed by Epic.
What the Yeat reward is
Jam Tracks are Fortnite Locker music items that can be used in several experiences. For this quest, the reported reward is HeliMAn, a Yeat track. The reward route currently described by community guides starts at the Yeat NPC near the Power Pylon, north of Reality’s Reign, on the current island shown in those guides.
The distinction between confirmed and reported information matters. Epic’s support documentation explains how Jam Tracks work after you own one, including equipping them and using them in Festival. Epic’s reviewed support pages do not document Yeat’s Unreleased Music quest, the five-bell objective, or the HeliMAn reward. Treat the quest details as a current community report and verify what appears in your own game.

1. Travel to Yeat’s reported location
Go to the Power Pylon north of Reality’s Reign. This is the location reported for the Yeat NPC on the current island. Map layouts and quest placements can change, so a missing NPC does not by itself prove that the quest has been removed; it may indicate that the reported location no longer matches the live island.

2. Talk to the NPC and accept the quest
Interact with Yeat and accept the quest named Unreleased Music. Read the objective shown in your quest interface before leaving so you can confirm that the quest is active. The reported objective is a collection of five bells in the nearby area.
3. Collect all five bells
Search the area around the NPC and collect the five bells. Keep track of the counter shown by the quest rather than assuming that seeing a bell or visiting a nearby object has counted. If the counter does not reach five, continue checking the immediate area before returning to Yeat.
4. Return the bells to Yeat
Go back to the Yeat NPC after the quest counter shows five collected bells and interact with him again. Community guides report that HeliMAn then becomes available as a free Jam Track in the Locker. Because Epic has not independently documented this quest in the support pages reviewed for this guide, the reward should be treated as reported availability, not a guaranteed entitlement on every island version or account.

Where to equip HeliMAn
Epic says Jam Tracks are equipped from the Locker’s music-related sections. Equip the track before entering a Festival mode so it is available when you build a setlist or open Jam controls.

- From the Fortnite lobby, open Locker.
- Open the Music or Jam Tracks section.
- Select HeliMAn when it appears in your owned tracks.
- Choose Equip.
Epic’s purchase guidance also tells players to equip tracks before joining the Stage. If you completed the reported quest but cannot find HeliMAn, first return to the Locker and check the Music or Jam Tracks area rather than looking only in the Festival song-selection screen.
Playing HeliMAn in Festival Main Stage
Main Stage is the rhythm-performance mode. You select a setlist, choose an instrument part, ready up, and perform by following the note prompts.
- Select Festival Main Stage from the Fortnite experience selection.
- At the backstage setlist screen, add the equipped Yeat Jam Track to the setlist.
- Choose a playable part: Lead, Drum, Vocals or Bass.
- If you want Pro Lead or Pro Bass, connect a compatible guitar controller before selecting the part. Epic identifies those Pro parts as controller-dependent.
- Ready up and perform the song by following the note prompts shown during the performance.
Epic describes Main Stage parties as supporting up to four players, with a setlist of up to four Jam Tracks. That means HeliMAn can occupy one slot in a multi-song performance rather than forcing the entire setlist to use one track. Each participant chooses an available part for the song being played.
What the Main Stage choices mean
- Lead: the standard lead-instrument part.
- Drum: the drum part.
- Vocals: the vocal part.
- Bass: the standard bass part.
- Pro Lead and Pro Bass: controller-based options that appear when a guitar controller is connected.
If HeliMAn is equipped but does not appear in the backstage setlist, leave the mode, return to the Locker, confirm the track is equipped, and then enter Main Stage again. The documented sequence is to equip the track before joining the Stage.

Playing HeliMAn in Festival Jam Stage
Jam Stage is a loop-based mode rather than a note-chart performance. You select Jam controls from the Emote menu and combine musical parts with other players.
- Select Festival Jam Stage.
- Confirm that HeliMAn is equipped before entering.
- Open the Emote menu.
- Choose the Jam Tracks or Jam Loops controls.
- Select a part: Lead, Drum, Vox or Bass.
- Start the loop and adjust the available musical settings as you build a combination with other players.
Epic says up to four players can combine loops in Jam Stage. The mode also allows adjustments to tempo, key and major/minor settings. Those controls let a group align loops even when players are experimenting with different parts.

Choose Main Stage when you want a structured song performance with note prompts and a setlist. Choose Jam Stage when you want to layer loops, change musical settings and build a group mashup.
Using the equipped track outside Festival
Epic also supports Jam Tracks as music in other Fortnite contexts. An equipped track can be used as Lobby Music. In Battle Royale, the equipped track can provide Intro Music when you jump from the Battle Bus and Celebration Music after a Victory Royale.

These uses do not replace the Locker equip step. The track must be equipped in the music-related Locker section before Fortnite can use it as an available music item in those experiences.
Other Yeat Jam Tracks you may see
Current Yeat roundups identify three additional Yeat songs as shop Jam Tracks: If We Being Rëal, Gët Busy and Monëy so big. Those are separate from the reported HeliMAn quest reward.

Item Shop availability and prices can rotate. Check the live Item Shop in Fortnite for the current status rather than relying on an older list or a previous price.
Controller requirements for Pro parts
You do not need a guitar controller to equip HeliMAn or to use the regular Lead, Drum, Vocals, Bass or Vox options described above. A connected guitar controller matters specifically for the Pro Lead and Pro Bass parts in Main Stage.

Before buying or connecting hardware, check compatibility for your platform. Epic’s documentation establishes the controller requirement for the Pro parts, but the compatible hardware list can depend on the platform and controller model. If the Pro options are missing, verify that the guitar controller is connected and recognized before entering the part-selection screen.
Troubleshooting the Yeat quest and track
The Yeat NPC is not at the reported Power Pylon location
The Power Pylon north of Reality’s Reign is a community-reported location for the current island described by the guides. Because Epic’s reviewed support pages do not document this quest, there is no official support-page confirmation of that placement. Check that you are using the current island and that the quest is available in your game before assuming the route is universal.
The quest does not show five collected bells
Return to the nearby area and use the quest counter as the authority for progress. A visual visit to a bell is not enough if the counter has not increased. Do not return to Yeat until the counter displays all five.

Open Locker from the lobby, then inspect the Music or Jam Tracks section. The reported reward is supposed to appear there after the return interaction. If it is absent, confirm that the interaction with Yeat completed and that the quest objective registered all five bells. The reward route is community-reported, so availability may differ if the quest has changed or is no longer active.
HeliMAn is in Locker but missing from Main Stage
Make sure you chose Equip, not merely opened the track details. Then enter Main Stage and check the backstage setlist screen. The track must be equipped before joining the Stage according to Epic’s guidance.
The Pro parts are not listed
Pro Lead and Pro Bass require a connected guitar controller. Without that controller, use the regular Lead or Bass part, or connect a compatible controller and revisit the part-selection screen.
You cannot find Jam controls
In Jam Stage, open the Emote menu and look for the Jam Tracks or Jam Loops controls. The documented Jam Stage flow uses that menu rather than the Main Stage backstage setlist. Select Lead, Drum, Vox or Bass from those controls.
