Which company is behind Flashforge?
Flashforge’s About Us page identifies Zhejiang Flashforge 3D Technology Co., Ltd. as the company behind the brand. The company’s privacy policy also uses that legal entity name for “Flashforge.” The policy was last updated March 25, 2024.
That establishes the company Flashforge publicly associates with its brand; it does not, by itself, reveal the company’s shareholders or ultimate beneficial owners.

Does the public information name an individual owner?
No individual owner of the Chinese operating company is established by the official materials cited here. Flashforge’s About Us page says the company was founded in 2011, but does not provide a current shareholder list.

A separate UK company record can cause confusion. UK Companies House lists a company named FLASHFORGE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD, company number 08955500, and identifies Zhengzheng Chen as holding 75% or more of that UK company’s shares.
