Five Hearts Under One Roof season2 has an official PS5 listing, but the available official information does not confirm a PS5 crashing issue or a fix. That means there is no verified, game-specific repair to recommend. Check for current notices from PlayStation and Storytaco before trying a remedy aimed at a particular cause.
What is confirmed about the PS5 version?
The PlayStation Store listing for Türkiye identifies Five Hearts Under One Roof season2 as a PS5 game published by STORYTACO.INC. That regional listing gives a release date of September 15, 2026; store details can vary by region. It describes a single-player FMV dating simulation in which the player takes Yuman’s role in a boarding-house story featuring six heroines.
The listing establishes that the game is offered for PS5, not that it crashes on the console. The available official sources do not identify affected scenes, console or storage conditions, a cause, troubleshooting steps, or a PS5 patch addressing crashes.

What should you do if the game crashes?
Because no PS5-specific cause or fix is verified, avoid treating a particular workaround as a confirmed solution. First check the game’s current PlayStation Store information and official PlayStation or Storytaco support and update notices. If the crash continues, report it through the appropriate official support channel and include what happened and when; those details can help support identify the problem without assuming its cause.

Do mobile bug reports or the Steam expansion explain a PS5 crash?
No. The Apple App Store page concerns the mobile app. Its user reports and version-history entries labeled “bug fixes” do not establish a PS5 issue or show that a mobile fix applies to the console version.
The Steam community announcements document Winter Trip as a story expansion for the Steam version and say the base game is required. That announcement does not establish that the expansion is available on PS5 or that it fixes a PS5 crash.
