How to track your Cash App Card

Look for the physical card’s status or shipment information and follow the details shown for your order. Cash App’s guide says customers can track the physical card’s status in the app and that Cash App sends tracking information. How long does Cash App Card delivery take?
Cash App’s May 1, 2026 guide says a physical card typically arrives within 7–10 business days after ordering. Its card page gives a second estimate: within 10 business days. These are estimates, not promises, and the sources do not publish an exact arrival date for an individual order. Check the in-app status for the latest information about your shipment. What you can do while the physical card is in transit
Check the Card area in your own app to see whether virtual-card details are available. Cash App says customers may be able to use a virtual card for online purchases and link it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet while waiting for the physical card. - If you believe that your Card has been lost or stolen, notify Mastercard immediately by calling 1-833-791-7288. You will be asked to provide the Gift Card number and other identifying information.
- Use your Mastercard Gift Card in the U.S. everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted, including online. Your Amazon.com Balance cannot be used to purchase Mastercard gift cards.
What to do if your card seems delayed
Check the shipment status and notifications in Cash App, then contact Cash App through its support channel for account-specific next steps if the status does not resolve your concern. Cash App’s published guidance does not set a universal number of days after which every card should be reported missing, so follow the instructions available in your account rather than relying on a fixed cutoff. Activate the card after it arrives

- To access your card information safely, type the complete website address shown on your Gift Card (MyGift.GiftCardMall.com) directly into your browser's address bar. Don't use search engines or shortened versions of the website address, as these may lead you to fake or fraudulent sites.
