On a TV, open Netflix and press Back on your remote to return to the menu. On a phone or tablet, tap My Netflix in the lower-right corner. In a web browser, use the profile icon in the upper-right corner. Netflix does not use one universal menu button across every device.
Get to the menu on a TV or streaming device

Start at the Netflix home screen.

Press the remote’s Back button. On Netflix’s updated TV layout, this returns you to the menu at the top of the screen.

To switch profiles, open the profile icon at the top of the screen and choose a profile.

The Back button is a navigation action, not necessarily a dedicated Netflix-labeled menu key. Netflix’s updated menu includes shortcuts for TV shows, movies, games, My Netflix, and profiles. Its availability depends on country and hardware requirements; devices that do not receive the update continue to use the current experience. Netflix describes the TV layout and rollout.

Find the profile controls on a phone or computer

If you are looking for Get Help or Sign out
Netflix menu placement and labels can vary by device. Some layouts put options in a menu on the left; others place the menu at the top. On the left-side layout described for Vizio TVs and Blu-ray players, Get Help is at the bottom. On the top-menu layout, navigate left to the profile icon for profile or help options. If Get Help is not shown on a supported device, check Settings where available. Netflix’s Vizio TV and Blu-ray instructions describe these device-specific differences.

Use the fallback sequence only if the normal option is missing

After entering it, choose an available option such as Sign out, Start Over, Reset, or Deactivate. This is a troubleshooting route, not the normal way to open the menu. The options shown can depend on the device. See Netflix’s troubleshooting steps for crashes or unexpected closures.
