Start in Settings and search for Samsung Pass. If your saved login is not there, check Samsung Wallet and Google Password Manager: a Galaxy phone can use different services to save passwords, and an entry appears only in the manager and account where it was stored.
Check Samsung Pass in Settings
- Open Settings and search for Samsung Pass. If search does not show it, try Security and privacy > Samsung Pass, the path Samsung documents for its US support guidance: Samsung Pass frequently asked questions.
- Open Sign-in info or Web sign-in information, then select the website or app you need. Samsung says entries can be edited or deleted from this area, so avoid choosing delete unless you intend to remove the saved information.
Samsung Pass requires a Samsung account and a network connection, according to Samsung’s US FAQ. If asked, sign in to the Samsung account that was used when the information was saved.
If Samsung Pass is part of Samsung Wallet
On supported devices, Samsung Pass functionality is included in Samsung Wallet rather than appearing as a separate destination. Open Samsung Wallet and look for saved accounts or login information. If you are trying to make Samsung Pass available for autofill, the setting may be called Passwords, passkeys, and autofill. Samsung documents more than one route to it: Security and privacy > More security settings or General management. Check Google Password Manager
If the login is missing from Samsung Pass or Wallet, check Google Password Manager. Google supports viewing saved passwords and passkeys through Android, Chrome, or passwords.google.com. Follow Google’s current instructions for using passwords and passkeys across devices.
When checking Google Password Manager, make sure you are using the Google Account that was active when the credential was saved. If you have more than one Google Account, an entry saved under one account will not necessarily appear under another.

Why the menu may look different
Samsung notes that available screens and settings can vary by phone model, software version, and wireless carrier. Search within Settings for Samsung Pass or Passwords, passkeys, and autofill rather than assuming every Galaxy uses the same menu path. Samsung describes this variation in its guide to setting up and using Samsung Pass.
Samsung’s India support guide says Samsung Pass is available on Android 7.0 or later devices with biometric sensors. That is Samsung’s platform guidance for the service, not a guarantee that every feature or menu is available on every Galaxy phone.

If you still cannot find the saved login
- Check both Samsung Pass/Wallet and Google Password Manager; they are separate storage services.
- Confirm which Samsung or Google account was signed in when the password was saved.
- Check which autofill provider was selected at the time. A password not saved to a particular manager will not appear in that manager’s list.
- If you use Samsung Pass on more than one device, Samsung says saved website lists and login details can sync across up to five mobile devices signed in to the same Samsung account. Fingerprints must be registered separately on each device.
