The Eufy Omni E35 has the cleaning hardware and automated dock you would expect from a premium robot vacuum-mop, and independent reviewers praise its vacuuming and mopping. But it is not an automatic recommendation for anyone who wants a truly hands-off robot: Ideal Home found its mapping inconsistent and its navigation unreliable at times. That gap between strong cleaning and less dependable autonomy is the E35’s most important trade-off.
What the Eufy Omni E35 is
The E35 is a robot vacuum and roller mop that returns to a multifunction station for servicing. Eufy says the dock can self-empty, refill and drain, while the HydroJet 2.0 roller is cleaned during operation. The system is designed to reduce routine dustbin and mop care, rather than eliminate every maintenance task.
Eufy’s US product page lists 35,000 Pa peak suction, AeroTurbo 2.0 multi-cyclone filtration, DuoSpiral detangling brushes, CornerRover edge coverage, AI See 3.0 obstacle avoidance, and a ThermoFresh station with hot washing and drying. These are manufacturer specifications and feature claims; they do not establish how reliably the robot will navigate a particular home.
How well does it clean?
Vacuuming
TechRadar describes the E35’s vacuuming as excellent, and Ideal Home reports very strong suction and cleaning. Those are favorable hands-on observations, but they are not a guarantee of identical results across different floors, layouts, debris or settings.
#1 Best Overall
- 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬, 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲: HydroJet 2.0 self-cleans the roller mop 8 times per second with 32-jet saturation and dual scrapers to strip dirty water away. 16 N of constant downward pressure scrubs dried sauce, grease, and coffee stains. Features TÜV-certified 99.99% antibacterial performance for baby-grade cleaning. Safe on hardwood and tile.
- 𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐞𝐬: AeroTurbo multi-cyclone filtration delivers 99% dust pre-filtration and 35,000 Pa suction year-round, with TÜV-certified 365-day performance. 5-layer filtration captures 99.99% of particles down to 5 μm. Pulls pet hair, dust mites, and allergens from carpets and releases clean air. AAFA-certified asthma- and allergy-friendly.
- 𝟏𝟎𝟎% 𝐄𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐍𝐨 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐁𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐬: The square body design, dual 1.6 in (40 mm) side brushes, and a 1.3 in (32 mm) extendable roller mop reach deep along edges. The side line laser detects concave walls and under-cabinet toe kicks, reaching into gaps where crumbs, dust, and pet hair pile up. Edge clearance under 0.08 in (2 mm) ensures there's no bacteria hiding where little hands and paws can reach.
- 𝐍𝐨 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐬, 𝐍𝐨 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐞𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐫: Anker eufy's pioneering retractable dual-arm roller brush closes tightly during cleaning to grip every strand of human or pet hair, then retracts at the dock to release it all into the dust bag. Handles strands up to 19.7 in (50 cm) without jamming. TÜV-certified for tangle-free performance.
- 𝟔𝟎-𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐫: The ThermoFresh 8-in-1 station self-empties into a 2.5 L dust bag and automatically refills, drains, and dispenses detergent. A 140°F (60°C) hot-water wash kills bacteria with every mop cycle. 131°F (55°C) hot-air drying helps stop mold and odor, even with wet pet hair and debris. All the dirty work's handled for up to 2 months.
The headline figure is 35,000 Pa of peak suction, as stated by Eufy. Pa is a pressure specification, not a standardized prediction of how much dirt the robot will collect from every carpet or hard floor. In practice, brush design, floor contact, navigation and whether the robot covers the area matter alongside suction. The published evidence here does not establish a universal advantage for pet hair or carpet pickup based on the Pa figure alone.
Roller mopping
The E35’s roller mop is its distinguishing cleaning feature. TechRadar describes very good mopping and reports a 290 mm roller that applies 1.6 kg (3.53 lb) of pressure and extends 32 mm toward edges. T3’s review instead describes a 288 mm roller and 15 N of pressing force. Eufy’s UK guide gives 1.6 kg, approximately 15.7 N. These published measurements differ, so they should not be treated as a single precisely settled specification.

Eufy says HydroJet 2.0 removes 99.99% of bacteria. Its product-page qualification reads: “Tested by TÜV SÜD under laboratory conditions. Actual results may vary.” Eufy’s UK guide also describes up to 95% dust-mite removal in testing. These are manufacturer-reported laboratory claims; the underlying report and full test protocols are not established here, and the figures should not be read as guaranteed household outcomes.
Is it genuinely hands-off?
This is where the reviews diverge most from the premium, low-touch promise. Ideal Home’s reviewer found mapping inconsistent and navigation unreliable a lot of the time, limiting how hands-off the experience felt. A robot can have strong cleaning hardware and still need attention if it does not map or move through a home reliably.

Set no-go zones, carpet boost, and custom room schedules via the eufy app. Compatible with Alexa, Google Home, and Siri (requires 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi).
Other aspects of the experience were more positive: T3 praised the setup, app and feature set, while noting fiddly areas in the app. TechRadar found the station’s self-cleaning and drying reliable. Those positive observations do not cancel out Ideal Home’s navigation result; they show that cleaning performance, app experience and autonomous movement are separate parts of the ownership experience.
Drying time may also matter if you expect quick turnaround. Ideal Home reported one instance in which a mop washed after an 8 p.m. session was still drying until 2:30 a.m. That is one reviewer’s observed example, not a typical or guaranteed drying duration.

How much does the E35 cost?
The price depends on market and date, and the listed figures conflict. Eufy’s US product page displayed $1,299.99 when accessed on October 11, 2026. T3’s September 4, 2026 review gave a US RRP of $1,099.99 and an early-bird presale price of $899.99. Eufy’s UK guide dated October 7, 2026 listed an E35 RRP of £999. Check the live local price before buying; a presale price is not the same as a regular recurring price.

| Model | Listed suction | UK price listed by Eufy, October 7, 2026 | Other distinctions stated by Eufy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Eufy Omni E25 | 20,000 Pa | £849 MSRP | Comparison baseline; the cited comparison does not establish equivalent E35 dock features. |
| Eufy Omni E35 | 35,000 Pa | £999 MSRP | 8-in-1 dock features, 60°C mop washing, 55°C hot-air drying and listed obstacle-avoidance system. |
| Eufy S2 | 30,000 Pa | £1,599 MSRP | More station functions and additional water treatment. |
The E35 sits between these two models in the listed UK prices, and has the highest listed suction figure. That does not settle which is the better buy: the E35’s reported navigation inconsistency may matter more than suction if your priority is unattended runs, while the S2’s additional station functions may matter if you specifically want them. Compare current local prices and the dock features you will actually use.
How it compares with the Roborock Qrevo Edge 2 Flow
Ideal Home identifies the Roborock Qrevo Edge 2 Flow as a close alternative. In that reviewer’s experience, its navigation was much better than the E35’s, while the Eufy app was easier to use. This is one reviewer’s comparison, not a universal ranking. The available comparison does not establish directly comparable prices, maintenance costs, carpet results or long-term reliability, so check those factors for your region before choosing between them.
Who should consider the E35?
- Consider it if roller mopping and reduced routine dock care are high priorities, and you are comfortable with the possibility that navigation may need supervision.
- Look more closely at alternatives if your main requirement is dependable unattended coverage across a large or complicated home. T3 also cautions that larger homes might need something bigger, while Ideal Home’s navigation experience is a specific reason to compare before buying.
- Do not choose on suction alone if carpet pickup, pet hair or autonomy is your deciding factor. The 35,000 Pa figure is a manufacturer peak specification; the cited reviews do not establish a universal day-to-day result for those particular needs.
- Check the complete cost for your market, including compatible cleaning solution or replacement parts if needed. Eufy lists a compatible floor cleaner, but exact part numbers and replacement-part costs are not established here.
Verdict
The Eufy Omni E35 looks compelling when judged as cleaning hardware: reviewers praise its vacuuming and roller mopping, and its dock automates several chores. The qualification is autonomy. At a premium price, Ideal Home’s report of inconsistent mapping and unreliable navigation is a meaningful concern, not a minor footnote. Buy it for its cleaning approach only if you are willing to verify that its navigation suits your home; if dependable hands-off operation is the priority, weigh that risk against alternatives before paying.
