That is a precise evidence limit, not proof that every possible exploit, mod or trainer is impossible. - Review which companion abilities are available. Relationship ranks unlock skills and upgrades, so neglecting companions can leave you with fewer options in combat.
- Spend or organize resources before the deadline run rather than repeatedly leaving the dungeon to shop.
- Make a manual save when the game allows it. That gives you a recovery point if a puzzle attempt consumes too much time.
During exploration
- Follow the main route first and note side rooms that contain scavenging or optional rewards.
- When you reach a puzzle panel, record the room name and visible clue before opening a guide. This prevents mixing two similar-looking solutions.
- Use combat abilities deliberately. Perfect dodges fill a special skill gauge, giving you a resource for counters and other skills rather than merely avoiding damage.
- Move on after confirming the mechanism worked. If a door does not open, look for an unpressed switch, a second panel or a nearby trap route instead of assuming the number sequence is wrong.

The code appears wrong
First confirm the act, dungeon and panel. The Kafka Lab guide is specifically for Act 4, and a sequence copied from another room will not apply. Re-read the expression exactly as displayed and check whether the game expects the calculated result or the individual digits used to produce it.

The input works but the door stays closed
Look for a separate confirmation interaction, a second keypad or a nearby switch. Dungeon puzzles can be chained with traps and environmental interactions; solving one panel may only enable the next step.
You ran out of time
Reload the most recent safe save if possible. On the next attempt, open the guide before entering the Wall, avoid unnecessary fights and keep your route focused on the objective. Improving companion support and combat efficiency can reduce travel and battle time, but it does not change the puzzle’s answer.
