Duvo, an enterprise software company founded by the team behind Rohlik Group, announced a $32 million Series A on 14 October 2026. Balderton Capital led the round, with Index Ventures, Northzone and Credo Ventures participating. The financing brings Duvo’s disclosed total funding to $48 million and will support a U.S. launch focused first on retailers and consumer packaged-goods companies.
What Duvo is building
Duvo describes its product as an Enterprise Execution OS: an execution layer for operational work that spans the systems companies already use. Instead of requiring a business to replace its enterprise resource planning (ERP) software or legacy applications, Duvo maps how a process works and then carries out approved steps across those systems.
The platform is intended for processes that cross APIs and user interfaces, including ERPs, supplier portals, spreadsheets, inboxes and older applications. It can route decisions and exceptions to named employees, while operating cockpits show which decisions are waiting and what outcomes have been delivered.
That positioning places Duvo between traditional robotic process automation, workflow software and newer agentic-automation products. Its stated differentiators are the breadth of systems it can reach, process discovery based on real operating evidence, and controls intended to keep people accountable for consequential decisions.

How the Enterprise Execution OS works
1. Discover the process as it is actually performed
Duvo says its AI-led discovery uses interviews, screen recordings and existing documents. The goal is to capture informal workarounds and dependencies that may not appear in a formal process map, such as a specialist checking a supplier portal before updating an ERP record or using an inbox to resolve an exception.
2. Translate the map into executable steps
Once a process is understood, Duvo configures steps that can interact through APIs where they are available and through screen-level interfaces where they are not. This approach is designed for mixed environments in which modern services coexist with legacy software.
3. Add approvals and exception ownership
Automated execution does not mean every decision is delegated to software. Duvo routes designated approvals and exceptions to responsible people. The operating cockpit presents those pending decisions alongside completed work, so a team can see where human action is required.

4. Record the result in company systems
The company says approvals and changes are written back to the relevant business systems and recorded as outcomes. It also says the product is model-agnostic, allowing organizations to avoid tying an operating process to a single underlying AI model.
Why the funding matters
The Series A is Duvo’s first announced institutional round at that scale. Balderton led the $32 million investment, joined by existing backers Index Ventures, Northzone and Credo Ventures. Duvo says the round lifts disclosed funding to $48 million.
The immediate commercial objective is expansion into the United States, beginning with retail and consumer packaged goods. Michael Green joined as chief commercial officer, and Spencer Insolia became managing director for the U.S. These hires indicate that the financing is aimed at building a sales and delivery operation as well as extending the product.

Customers and reported results
Duvo names Morrisons, Holland & Barrett, Boden, Notino and Allegro as customers. The company says it has unlocked more than $100 million for clients, a figure that is a company-reported claim rather than an independently audited total.
Duvo’s most detailed example involves Notino’s quarterly reconciliation of supplier bonuses worth about $45 million annually. According to Duvo, the process fell from 70 days to 15 days, while specialist labor dropped from about 120 hours per cycle to fewer than 10. Those results are also reported by the company; the announcement does not provide an independent assessment, a baseline methodology or a customer-wide performance study.
Duvo compared with adjacent automation approaches
| Evaluation point | Duvo’s stated approach | What a buyer should verify |
|---|---|---|
| Systems reached | APIs plus screen-level interaction across ERPs, portals, spreadsheets, inboxes and legacy applications | Which connectors and interfaces are supported in the specific environment, and how breakages are handled |
| Process discovery | AI-led interviews, recordings and document analysis | How discovered steps are reviewed and approved by process owners |
| Governance | Approval routing, named exception ownership, operating cockpits and recorded changes | Audit retention, segregation of duties and escalation times |
| Implementation speed | Duvo says a first process can be live in weeks | What “live” includes, and what customer-side integration work is required |
| Model flexibility | Model-agnostic design | Supported models, hosting choices and controls for model changes |
| Delivery model | Enterprise deployment with process discovery and implementation support | Ongoing support responsibilities, service levels and change-management costs |
The comparison is important because screen automation can extend coverage into systems without APIs, but it can also be sensitive to interface changes. Buyers should ask how Duvo detects a changed screen, pauses execution safely and alerts the owner of the affected process.

Keeping people in control
Duvo’s governance model assigns people to decisions and exceptions rather than treating an AI agent as an unrestricted operator. A retailer could, for example, automate data collection and reconciliation while requiring a designated finance or procurement employee to approve an unusual adjustment. The approval and resulting write-back are intended to leave an auditable record.
Tomáš Čupr, Duvo’s co-founder and chief executive, said: “For a while I measured AI in heads, counting how many people an agent could replace. It’s the wrong unit.” The company’s product framing instead emphasizes completed business outcomes and controlled execution.

Duvo says it holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certifications. Certification does not remove the need for a customer’s own security review: companies still need to examine data flows, identity and access controls, retention, model usage and recovery procedures for each process.
Best Value
The release says Duvo is available to U.S. companies through Microsoft’s Azure Marketplace. Availability through a marketplace can simplify procurement for organizations that already buy through Azure, but technical implementation, process ownership and integration work remain separate decisions.
Market context and execution risk
Duvo’s announcement cites a Gartner forecast of more than $21 billion in business-orchestration and automation spending by 2029. It also cites a Gartner prediction that more than 40% of agentic-AI projects will be canceled by the end of 2027, based on a survey of 350 executives at companies with at least $1 billion in revenue. These figures are presented as reported in the announcements; the underlying Gartner publications were not independently reviewed here.
That tension explains Duvo’s focus on governed execution. Rob Moffat, a partner at Balderton Capital, said: “Getting AI agents to work reliably across the enterprise remains incredibly difficult.” Duvo’s challenge will be proving that discovery, approval controls and cross-system execution remain dependable as customers add processes and as underlying software interfaces change.
