Duskfade’s reported PS5 trophy set contains 26 trophies: one Platinum, eight Gold, five Silver and 12 Bronze. The Platinum, Master Clockmaker, unlocks after every other trophy is earned. Steam’s official store listing separately confirms 25 Steam Achievements for the PC version, representing the gameplay objectives without a platform-specific Platinum.
How Duskfade’s trophy count works
Duskfade is a single-player action-adventure game from Weird Beluga, published by Fireshine Games. It combines platforming, combat and exploration, and released on August 13, 2026. The platform totals differ because PlayStation adds a Platinum trophy to the shared gameplay objectives.

The underlying objectives are therefore effectively the same across the listed versions, while the PS5 roster displays an additional completion award. Trophy names and detailed triggers below follow the PS5 guide published by Nerd’s Chalk on August 14, 2026. They should be treated as guide-reported requirements rather than independently verified entries from Sony’s trophy database.

Master Clockmaker is the Platinum trophy. The reported requirement is simple: earn every other Duskfade trophy. There is no separate boss, difficulty setting or hidden post-game challenge attached to the Platinum description. Your completion plan is therefore a matter of finishing the story objectives, character interactions and collection tasks listed below.
On Steam, the same completion goal is represented by the 25 individual achievements because Steam does not add a Platinum tier. Unlocking all 25 Steam achievements is the PC equivalent of a full achievement completion, but the store page does not label it as a Platinum.

The table uses the tier distribution reported by Nerd’s Chalk. Story descriptions and action requirements are guide summaries, so wording can differ slightly from the game’s own internal objective text.

What kinds of play does the list require?
Story progression
Five reported objectives are tied directly to reaching places or advancing major plot beats: breaking the Temporal Anchor in Tick Town, finding the Clockwork Academy, helping Gramps cross the Veil, reuniting with Cuckoo and escaping the Tower with Allira. These should arrive naturally during a normal story run, although the guide does not establish the exact chapter or checkpoint for each one.
Character encounters and deliberate actions
Several Bronze trophies are interaction checks rather than collectible totals. You must meet the desert explorer, befriend N1-C0, help Tailord escape, find Arpeggio in the caves, open the Tower doors and receive money from the Canyon granny. Other entries require a specific action: falling from the Tower, confronting the crowned Cloudie, breaking the Cloudie Guard’s pots and killing Wilson. Because these triggers depend on deliberate behavior, do not assume that simply passing through an area will satisfy them.

Collection and completion work
The Gold tier carries most of the completion workload. You need every kitten for Tailord, every music box for Arpeggio, a complete card collection, all Rainbow Ingots, every Traveler purchase, maximum health and maximum Temporal Energy. Gramps’ secret is also a Gold objective, making the list a mixture of inventory completion, upgrades and optional discovery rather than a story-only checklist.
Outfit and hiding-spot checks
The Mask of Pain asks for Palette to be dazzled with the best outfit. No Peeking! requires finding Wally in all hiding spots; the guide material refers to six locations and indicates that their order matters. Keep a note of completed locations instead of relying on memory.

A practical route to the Platinum
A story-first run followed by a cleanup pass is the most sensible approach reported by the guides. Some collectibles are easier after you obtain additional movement abilities, so repeatedly searching early areas can create unnecessary backtracking.

Trigger deliberate actions when a guide identifies them, but avoid skipping dialogue or leaving an interaction unfinished.
- Complete character objectives as they become available. Track Tailord, Arpeggio, Cuckoo, Allira, N1-C0, Palette, the desert explorer, the Canyon granny and Gramps separately. This prevents a completed story chapter from being mistaken for a completed character checklist.
- Upgrade before making a final sweep. Buy every Traveler object and upgrade, then work toward maximum health and Temporal Energy. Record which Rainbow Ingots and cards you have collected.
- Run a region-by-region collectible cleanup. Revisit areas after gaining movement abilities, checking kittens, music boxes, cards, ingots and Wally’s hiding spots. Use a current platform-specific guide for exact locations because the evidence available for this list does not provide a complete route map.
- Finish the secret and action checks. Confirm Gramps’ secret, Palette’s outfit requirement, the crowned Cloudie encounter, the Cloudie Guard’s pots, Wilson and the Tower-fall trigger before declaring the run complete.
- Check the trophy list after each cluster. If a notification does not appear, compare the in-game state with the exact requirement, reload a recent save if appropriate and repeat the interaction. Platform synchronization can also delay the visible notification.
Are any Duskfade trophies missable?
The available reporting is not fully consistent. Nerd’s Chalk says current information indicates no missable trophies. Duskfade.org likewise describes the list as non-missable in its overview, but its later guidance flags deliberate actions and Wally’s six hiding spots in a required order. Neither source establishes whether those actions remain available after the story, and no primary PlayStation list or official missability statement was located.

The safest interpretation is practical rather than absolute: treat action-based trophies as potentially missable until your current platform guide confirms a post-story method. Make a manual save before unusual actions, keep a Wally checklist, and complete optional interactions when first encountered. This protects the run without claiming that the game permanently locks any particular trophy.
How long does a full completion take?
Completion estimates vary by source and route. Nerd’s Chalk gives an approximate 9–12-hour guide estimate. Duskfade.org says the game’s official FAQ estimates about 16 hours for collectibles plus achievements, while also noting that community times vary. The FAQ itself was not directly inspected, so the 16-hour figure should be treated as a reported estimate rather than a confirmed universal completion time.
Your actual time will depend on whether you explore naturally, how often you backtrack for movement-gated items, and whether you use a location guide. A story-first run with organized cleanup is likely to be more efficient than attempting to collect everything during the first visit to every area.

What to do when a trophy does not unlock
- Recheck the wording. “All” objectives such as kittens, music boxes, cards, ingots and hiding spots require the complete set, not merely one representative item.
- Repeat the exact action. Trophies involving falling, breaking pots, killing Wilson or meeting a character may require a specific interaction rather than ordinary area completion.
- Verify progression state. Confirm that the relevant character has finished their conversation or escape sequence and that the game has saved afterward.
- Reload a safe save. If an action was performed before the expected story state, return to a save made before it and try again when the required area or character is active.
- Allow for synchronization. A delayed console notification does not necessarily mean the objective failed; check the trophy list after waiting for the platform to sync.
- Use a current guide for edge cases. The reported sources disagree on missability and do not resolve how patches affect action-based triggers, so platform-specific, up-to-date instructions are preferable to assuming a permanent bug.
Bottom line for completionists
Duskfade’s PS5 Platinum is a completion award for the 25 reported gameplay trophies, not a separate challenge. Expect a balanced checklist: story progression, named-character encounters, intentional environmental actions, outfit and hiding-spot checks, and a substantial set of collectibles and upgrades. Steam confirms 25 achievements, while the 26-trophy PS5 structure comes from secondary reporting. Plan for a story run plus cleanup, track Wally and other all-items objectives carefully, and treat claims about missability and completion time as estimates until verified for your platform and game version.
