To duplicate a blog post in manual mode, open the site editor, find the post in the blog management panel, click the three-dot menu beside its title, and select Duplicate. Edit the new copy, then update the website to publish the changes.

How to duplicate a blog post in manual mode

  1. Open your website in the site editor.
  2. Open the blog management panel on the left.
  3. Find the post you want to copy and click the ellipsis (⋮) beside its title.
  4. Select Duplicate.
  5. Open the copy and revise its content and settings as needed.
  6. Update the website so the changes appear online.

This workflow follows the duplication instructions. The controls described are for manual mode; if labels differ in your editor, follow the options shown in the current interface.

What to change in the duplicated post

Before publishing, make the copy distinct from the original. Create authentic, high-quality content rather than leaving an unchanged duplicate. Review the post’s title, URL, description, author, and publication date; adjust each where appropriate. The manual-mode settings guide also identifies featured image and category as editable settings.

Make the duplicated post appear on your website

Editing the copy in the builder and making it visible online are separate steps. After your edits, update the website; that action makes the changes appear online.

If the post still does not show on the site, check whether a blog section has been added to a page. A missing blog section is one possible reason posts are not visible. The manual-mode editing guide covers this visibility issue.
