Dragon Ball’s “Black Wind” and “White Wind” are not new anime or manga transformations. The names identify two limited-time Infinite Skin cosmetic series in the free-to-play team battle game DRAGON BALL GEKISHIN SQUADRA. The Dragon Ball Official Site announced the designs on 14 October 2026, with a Steam listing giving the shop period as 14 October 2026 at 06:00 UTC through 4 November 2026 at 05:59 UTC.
What Black Wind and White Wind actually are
The reveal covers alternate in-game appearances rather than new Saiyan power levels or canon forms. The official announcement describes “flickering neon green accents” and presents Black Wind and White Wind as shop skin series sold in groups of four. The cosmetics are part of DRAGON BALL GEKISHIN SQUADRA, not a new television episode, manga chapter or feature-film transformation reveal.

White Wind character roster
White Wind also contains four skins, assigned to:
- Super Saiyan God SS Son Goku
- Super Saiyan God SS Vegeta
- Jiren
- Goku Black
Although the set includes both Saiyans and Jiren, “White Wind” is still a cosmetic series name. It does not establish a new transformation for any of those characters.

Season 7 hero included in the announcement
The same official update introduces Super Saiyan God SS Son Goku as the third new Season 7 hero. He has the Damage role. Pairing him with Super Saiyan God SS Vegeta can activate the merged “Kamehameha & Galick Gun” attack, giving the White Wind roster a gameplay connection beyond its cosmetic theme.
