For a small Indian office, the best laser printer under ₹15,000 depends on how many people will print, whether documents must be double-sided, and whether the printer needs Wi‑Fi or Ethernet. 4. HP LaserJet Pro P1108 Plus: straightforward USB printing

Those cartridges are not interchangeable across these five printers. Before buying, confirm the cartridge code, genuine-versus-compatible supply, quoted page yield and local availability. A cheaper printer can become more expensive if its replacement toner is scarce or low-yield.
Checks to make before placing the order
- Confirm the exact model suffix, especially the Canon LBP6030B, rather than relying on a similar product name.
- Check whether the box contains starter toner and how many pages it is rated to print.
- Verify the warranty period, GST-inclusive total, delivery area and the seller’s return terms.
- For shared use, ensure the listing explicitly includes Wi‑Fi or Ethernet; USB alone normally ties the printer to one host computer.
- Recheck stock and price on Amazon India or another retailer immediately before purchase because the quoted prices are time-sensitive.
Which one should you buy?
Buy the Brother HL-L2440DW if several people will share the printer or you routinely print double-sided documents.
