Yes. The McFarlane Toys Spawn Warlock from Diablo Immortal is announced with a wired fabric cape, Hellspawn Subjugator Sacrificial Blade, Demon Skull, four alternate hands, one collectible art card, a figure display base and an Elite Points card. It is McFarlane Elite Edition #23 (model 16713/MF16713, UPC 787926167139), approximately 7.25–7.3 inches tall, and is presented in a window box with gold foil accents. Retail listings currently treat it as a preorder, not a released product, and carry the warning “Prototype Shown, product not final,” so the announced contents should be checked again when production units ship.
What is in the Spawn Warlock box?
The announced package is more than a figure-only release. Retail descriptions identify a complete accessory set for the Spawn/Diablo Immortal collaboration. The contents currently specified are:

Because the wording mentions a collectible art card in more than one place, the safest reading is one distinct art-card item unless the final package confirms otherwise.

Wired fabric cape
The cape is specified as fabric rather than a rigid plastic shell, and the “wired” description indicates that it contains an internal wire. That construction is intended to let a collector arrange the cape for a chosen pose instead of leaving it in one fixed shape. The listing does not state the wire’s length, stiffness, removable design or whether the cape is attached at the factory, so those details should not be assumed from promotional images.

Hellspawn Subjugator Sacrificial Blade
The blade is the named weapon accessory. Its formal name distinguishes it from generic swords or interchangeable props and helps identify the correct item when checking a box against the product description. Retail pages do not provide a separate count for weapon variants, sheaths or storage parts; the announced specification identifies one Hellspawn Subjugator Sacrificial Blade.
Demon Skull
The Demon Skull is listed as its own accessory, not as part of the blade. Product copy does not explain whether it is intended to be held, placed on the display base or used as a scene prop. Treat it as a separate included piece and wait for final photography or instructions for any specific attachment method.
Four alternate hands
“4x alternate hands” means four replacement hand parts are supplied in addition to the hands already fitted to the figure. The announcements do not specify the poses represented by those hands, the exact peg design or whether every hand is compatible with every accessory. Keep the factory-installed hands and the four replacements together until you decide on a display configuration; small loose parts are easy to misplace.

Art card, display base and Elite Points card
The collectible art card is a paper or card insert described for collectors, while the figure display base is the physical support intended for presentation. Retailers also list an Elite Points card. No listing supplied here states the points value, redemption process, expiration date or whether the card has regional restrictions, so the card should not be treated as a guaranteed benefit until the final insert and current program terms are available.
Packaging and product identity
This is identified as McFarlane Elite Edition #23, part of the Spawn and Diablo Immortal collaboration. The model number appears as 16713 or MF16713, and the UPC is 787926167139. The figure is described as approximately 7.25–7.3 inches tall. Small differences between 7.25 and 7.3 inches are normal rounding in retailer specifications, not evidence of two different releases.
The package is an Elite Edition window box with gold foil accents. A window box lets a buyer see the figure and some of its presentation without opening the carton, while the foil treatment identifies the Elite Edition packaging rather than a standard Spawn box. The packaging description does not promise that every accessory is visible through the window, so an unopened box should still be checked against the printed contents once production packaging is available.

For age guidance, Best Buy lists a recommended minimum age of 14 years. GameStop displays a small-parts choking-hazard warning. Those notices are safety guidance for the product and its detachable parts; they are not a statement that the figure is a toy for younger children.
Is it released, or is it still a preorder?
It is currently a preorder. Entertainment Earth gives an estimated March 2027 arrival and notes that the ship date can change. An estimated arrival is not a guaranteed delivery date: retailer allocation, manufacturing and shipping schedules can move the date earlier or later.
Retail and trade listings also carry the qualification “Prototype shown. Product not final.” The accessory list is therefore an announced specification, not a firsthand unboxing result. Prototype images may show temporary paint, colors, sculpt details, packaging layouts or accessory arrangements. The final production item can differ, and the manufacturer or retailer can revise the contents before release.

ToyNewsI’s October 12, 2026 report on the official images also treats the item as forthcoming. If you are buying before release, save the product page and recheck the contents, dimensions, delivery estimate and images when the retailer updates the listing. A preorder confirmation proves that an order was placed; it does not prove that a production sample has shipped.
How to verify a listing before ordering
Use the following checks to distinguish the announced Elite Edition item from a different Spawn release or an incomplete marketplace listing:
- Match the identity numbers. Look for model 16713 or MF16713 and UPC 787926167139. A listing that lacks these identifiers may still be legitimate, but it needs additional confirmation.
- Confirm the collaboration and edition. The title or description should identify Spawn from Diablo Immortal and McFarlane Elite Edition #23. Do not assume that a similarly named Spawn figure has the same accessories.
- Read the contents text. Check for the wired fabric cape, named blade, Demon Skull, four alternate hands, collectible art card, display base and Elite Points card. If a page only says “figure with accessories,” it has not established the complete set.
- Check the status label. “Preorder” and an estimated March 2027 arrival indicate that the item is not in regular stock. Confirm whether the retailer allows cancellation or charges at order time under its own policy.
- Look for the prototype disclaimer. Keep “Prototype Shown, product not final” in mind when comparing photographs with the eventual production box.
- Inspect safety and scale information. The known guidance is 14+ with a small-parts warning, and the stated height is about 7.25–7.3 inches. A substantially different scale or age statement may indicate another product.
What to check when the production figure arrives
Because the item has not yet been established by a production unboxing, a simple intake check protects collectors and makes missing-part claims easier. Photograph the sealed carton, outer shipping label and the unopened window box before removing the contents. Keep the invoice and the product number visible in at least one photograph.

Open the box over a clean, uncluttered surface. Compare the parts with the retailer’s announced specification, counting the four alternate hands individually and confirming that the blade, skull, cape, base, art card and Elite Points card are present. Do not count the hands already installed on the figure as part of the four alternate pieces. If the card wording or packaging has changed, record exactly what the final insert says rather than relying on memory.
Check the wired cape gently. The listing establishes that it is fabric and wired, but it does not establish a safe bend limit; avoid sharp folds or force until the final instructions, if any, are clear. Keep unused hands and small props in a labeled bag or the original tray. This is especially important because the product carries a small-parts warning.
If a part is missing or damaged, photograph the tray, the affected compartment and the model number before contacting the retailer or manufacturer. Describe the missing component by its listing name, such as “Demon Skull” or “fourth alternate hand,” rather than using a vague phrase like “one accessory.” Retain all packaging until the claim is resolved.
How it compares with other Spawn releases
Collectors comparing this item with another Spawn figure should compare like with like. The most useful axes are accessory type and count, edition and packaging, scale, release status and image status.
