Sandbox success did not guarantee production approval in Sandeep Kommineni’s account of integrating Dodo Payments. He says the live flow was blocked because his service was treated as restricted promotional or advertising activity. After revising the copy and terms, he says he tested the live experience with a $1 bid on his own X handle. The project that followed, Get-Seen.Live, turns paid placement into a public leaderboard.
What happened when the integration went live?
Kommineni describes running more than 100 tests before the production issue surfaced. His account is that the sandbox worked, but the live payment flow did not: the service fell under a restricted promotional or advertising category. As he put it, “Sandbox worked. Live failed — product fell under restricted promotional/advertising.”
He says he changed the product copy and terms, then made a $1 payment to place his own X handle. That is the creator’s account of a self-test; no provider decision notice or independent transaction verification is available in the sources for this story. His takeaway was: “read the provider AUP before you integrate, not after.” This is one maker’s experience, not evidence that every similar service will receive the same decision.
What is Get-Seen.Live?
Get-Seen.Live is a public leaderboard where people pay to rank a product website or an X handle they are authorized to submit. Its FAQ says it launched on September 21, 2026. Rather than collecting votes, the service orders listings by the amount paid. Visit Get-Seen.Live.

How does paid ranking work?
Choose a board and listing
The service describes All-time, Today, and Daily views. All-time rankings reflect the listing’s total paid amount and do not expire. Today reflects payments during the current UTC calendar day and resets at midnight UTC. Daily boards archive a day after it closes.
Pay to place or raise a listing
New listings use whole US dollars. The stated minimum is $1 and the maximum is $999,999. For an existing listing, the FAQ says an increase is charged only for the difference, subject to the service’s increase rule. A buyer who wants to take the lead must pay at least $1 more than the current leading amount. Ties favor the older listing.

A completed payment claims the rank, but the FAQ warns that another payment during checkout may affect the rank a buyer receives. In other words, the displayed position can change while a checkout is in progress.

What should a buyer check before paying?
- Whether the listing is eligible: the rules allow product websites or X handles the submitter is authorized to use. They prohibit adult content and chat or invitation links.
- Whether the URL will work as intended: the service says it strips query parameters, so tracking and affiliate parameters will not be preserved.
- Whether the placement fits the goal: the rules describe a paid ranking mechanism, not voting or a guarantee of clicks, conversions, or business results.
- Whether the payment policy is acceptable: the service’s published policy says payments are non-refundable. It says losing rank, a daily reset, low clicks, or removal under its rules does not create a refund. This is the service’s stated policy, not a legal determination.
What payment and privacy details are disclosed?
Get-Seen’s privacy policy says Dodo collects card details and billing identity, while Get-Seen receives payment confirmation and the amount. The policy also describes processing click and technical data. Review the service’s privacy policy and rules before submitting a listing or payment.

What the story does—and does not—show
The useful lesson is narrower than “sandbox testing is pointless”: a successful sandbox integration does not establish that a live product will be approved under a provider’s policies. Kommineni says he encountered a restriction after moving to production and changed the product presentation before trying again. The available account does not establish the provider’s full reasoning, a general approval rule, or the volume or business impact of traffic from the leaderboard.
For a founder considering paid placement, Get-Seen’s mechanics make the trade-off clear: payment controls ranking, while visibility and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed by the documented rules. Compare it with other launch channels on cost, audience reach, permanence, control over rank, measurable referral results, and refund terms rather than assuming a higher position will produce customers.
