TechRadar reported in 2026 that Amazon had the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 Creator Combo for $499, down from a $629 reference price—a $130 reduction, or about 21%. That report does not confirm the offer is still available. Check Amazon’s listing for your region before relying on the price or discount.
What the reported deal includes
The offer concerns the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 Creator Combo, not just the camera. TechRadar reported the Amazon price as $499 versus $629, but these are time-sensitive figures rather than a verified live quote. DJI’s product page showed a different price, $549, and marked the combo out of stock when accessed on October 13, 2026. Prices and stock can vary by market and seller, so treat each listing separately.
DJI Japan announced a separate Amazon promotion for Japan: a pre-sale from October 13 through 15, 2026, followed by a Prime event from October 16 through 19. Those dates and terms apply to Japan and do not establish availability or pricing in the United States or elsewhere.

DJI lists a DJI Mic 2 transmitter and related microphone accessories, a battery handle, mini tripod, wide-angle lens, and carrying bag in the Creator Combo, alongside the camera and standard items such as a USB-C cable, protective cover, wrist strap, and threaded handle. Check the exact seller listing before buying: regional bundles may differ, and a retailer’s contents should be confirmed rather than inferred from a product-page name.

What the Pocket 3 is designed to do
The Pocket 3 is a compact, video-first camera built around a one-inch CMOS sensor and a three-axis mechanical gimbal. DJI lists 4K/120fps recording, a rotatable two-inch screen, ActiveTrack 6.0, full-pixel fast focusing, D-Log M/10-bit color, and stereo recording. The gimbal is intended to help produce smooth handheld footage, especially while moving; its value is less apparent if you mainly take still photographs.
For vlogging, the combo’s mic transmitter, handle, tripod, and wide-angle lens can address practical recording needs without requiring each accessory to be sourced separately. The bundle is most compelling when you expect to use several of them. If the microphone or other extras would stay in the bag, compare the current camera-only price with the combo price before deciding.

How to judge whether this deal suits you
- Confirm the live price and stock. Open the listing for your country and check the price, seller, shipping, and availability. Do not assume TechRadar’s reported $499 offer remains active.
- Compare the two package prices. Check the current Pocket 3 camera-only price against the Creator Combo price. Consider whether the transmitter, battery handle, tripod, lens, and bag are worth the difference to you.
- Check the exact package contents. Confirm the accessories listed by the retailer, particularly if buying outside the market shown on DJI’s product page.
- Match the camera to your work. The gimbal and video features suit handheld moving footage and vlogging. If you mainly want a still-photo camera, those strengths may matter less.
- Plan for storage. TechRadar reports that the Pocket 3 records to removable microSD storage and that a compatible card is needed. Check DJI’s current documentation for supported card specifications before choosing one.
