The Dimensity 7300 Plus has the higher reported AnTuTu score, while the Dimensity 7300 Ultra edges it in the listed Geekbench 6 results. These are database figures from real-world phone testing—not a controlled, matched-device comparison—so they indicate possible performance differences rather than proving that one chip is always faster.
Dimensity 7300 Plus vs Dimensity 7300 Ultra benchmark results
91mobiles reports the following scores for phones listed with each chipset. The comparison page repeats the AnTuTu totals, but the underlying tests were not presented as a controlled head-to-head run.

| Geekbench 6 single-core | 1,020 | 1,032 |
| Geekbench 6 multi-core | 2,874 | 2,926 |
On these reported results, Plus leads AnTuTu by 81,470 points. Ultra is ahead by 12 points in Geekbench 6 single-core and 52 points in multi-core. 91mobiles describes its scores as gathered from real-world device testing; the pages do not establish matched phones, identical cooling, firmware, memory, software, or test conditions. Treat the numbers as directional, not as a definitive silicon-only ranking. See the Dimensity 7300 Plus listing, Dimensity 7300 Ultra listing, and 91mobiles comparison.
There is also an inconsistency within the Plus listing: its key-spec area displays an AnTuTu figure of 741,197, while its benchmark table and the direct comparison show 728,221. The table above uses the latter figure because it is the value repeated in the benchmark table and comparison; the listing does not explain the discrepancy.

What the listed specifications show
91mobiles lists both suffix-labeled chips with an octa-core CPU arrangement of four Cortex-A78 cores and four Cortex-A55 cores, a Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, LPDDR5 memory, and model identifier MT6878. Those entries suggest closely aligned listed configurations, but they are third-party database records rather than official confirmation that Plus and Ultra are distinct MediaTek SKUs.
MediaTek’s official Dimensity 7300 specification page describes the baseline Dimensity 7300 as having four Cortex-A78 cores up to 2.5 GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores, Mali-G615 MC2 graphics, LPDDR4x or LPDDR5 memory, UFS 3.1 storage, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, camera-sensor support up to 200 MP, and video capture up to 4K30. It states 5G downlink speeds up to 3.27 Gbps under 3CC carrier aggregation conditions.
These are baseline Dimensity 7300 capabilities, not a guarantee that every phone listed under a Plus or Ultra label implements every feature. Phone design and regional configuration matter; check the manufacturer’s specification for the exact model you are considering.

Are Plus and Ultra official MediaTek chip names?
The MediaTek materials available here identify Dimensity 7300 and Dimensity 7300X, not Dimensity 7300 Plus or Dimensity 7300 Ultra. MediaTek’s May 30, 2024 announcement describes the 7300X as supporting dual-display foldable devices. It does not establish Plus and Ultra as official product names or provide an official score comparison between them.
Plus and Ultra are the names used in third-party chipset listings. Before relying on a suffix label, confirm the exact chipset stated by the phone maker for the particular model and market. A retailer listing or database entry may not resolve differences between regional variants.
Phones listed with each chipset
91mobiles lists the realme 15 with Dimensity 7300 Plus, and the POCO X7 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G with Dimensity 7300 Ultra. These are examples associated with the database labels, not a guarantee that every regional version uses the same configuration. Verify the manufacturer’s specification for the exact model number and market.
How to use the comparison when choosing a phone

Quick Recap
- Confirm the regional chipset. Look up the manufacturer’s specification for the exact model and market rather than assuming a name on a general listing applies everywhere.
- Seek matched benchmarks. When available, compare the same benchmark version on comparable phones and note test conditions. Cooling, firmware, memory, and software can affect results.
- Compare the whole phone. Consider display, camera, battery, software support, connectivity bands, and thermal performance alongside processor performance.
- Check current price and availability. The listed chip scores do not establish current handset pricing, stock, or value for money.
