The available AnTuTu listings put the Dimensity 7300 Energy ahead of the Dimensity 7200 Ultra by 23,447 points, but they do not identify the phones or test conditions. That makes the scores a useful reference, not proof of a controlled head-to-head win. MediaTek’s published specifications describe the standard Dimensity 7200 and 7300, so they provide family context rather than verified specifications for the Ultra and Energy variants.
How the reported benchmark scores compare
91mobiles lists an AnTuTu score of 739,074 for the Dimensity 7300 Energy and 715,627 for the Dimensity 7200 Ultra. The Energy listing is higher by 23,447 points, or about 3.3% relative to the Ultra figure. These are publisher-reported scores accessed in 2026, not results from a documented controlled comparison.

The surfaced listing does not name the tested phones, benchmark version, software versions, or thermal conditions. Differences in handset design, cooling, software, and test setup can affect benchmark results, so the numerical gap alone cannot establish which chip is faster in comparable phones or during sustained use.
What the official specifications establish
MediaTek’s product pages give specifications for the standard Dimensity 7200 and standard Dimensity 7300. They do not establish that every specification is identical on the separately named Ultra and Energy variants.

Dimensity 7200 family reference
MediaTek lists the standard Dimensity 7200 with two Arm Cortex-A715 cores running at up to 2.8 GHz and six Cortex-A510 cores. The page also identifies a 4 nm process and Release 16 5G support. These details are family-level reference specifications, not a complete official specification sheet for the Dimensity 7200 Ultra. MediaTek’s Dimensity 7200 page.
Dimensity 7300 family reference
For the standard Dimensity 7300, MediaTek lists four Arm Cortex-A78 cores running at up to 2.5 GHz, four Cortex-A55 cores, and Arm Mali-G615 MC2 graphics. The page also specifies LPDDR4x or LPDDR5 memory, UFS 3.1 storage, Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.4. These are not independently confirmed specifications for the 7300 Energy variant. What the comparison does—and does not—show
- On the listed AnTuTu figures: the 7300 Energy entry is higher, but the missing test setup prevents treating the difference as a standardized head-to-head result. 91mobiles’ Dimensity 7300 Energy listing.
- On chip architecture: the official pages describe different standard-family CPU configurations, but do not provide a complete verified comparison of the exact Ultra and Energy variants.
- On sustained performance, gaming, and battery life: the available figures do not establish which exact variant performs better in comparable phones over time or uses less power in real-world use.
- On separate comparison results: NanoReview’s comparison is between the standard Dimensity 7300 and Dimensity 7200 Ultra. It does not test the 7300 Energy and should not be read as an Energy-versus-Ultra result. NanoReview’s standard 7300 and 7200 Ultra comparison.
MediaTek’s 7300 claims need context
For standard Dimensity 7300 materials, MediaTek lists a peak downlink speed of 3.27 Gbps and advertises up to 20% greater FPS and up to 20% better energy efficiency versus competitor alternatives. The performance and efficiency figures are manufacturer claims, not independent measurements, and MediaTek’s standard-7300 page does not confirm those results for the 7300 Energy variant. A processor name or an isolated benchmark score is not enough to predict which phone will feel faster or last longer. Compare the actual handset models and regional variants, then check:
- Benchmark version and test conditions, ideally from the same testing source and comparable phones.
- Sustained performance and thermals during longer gaming or demanding workloads.
- Battery capacity and measured endurance, rather than inferring battery life from a processor name.
- Display, cameras, storage configuration, software support, and price.
The available benchmark listing does not identify the test handsets, and the official standard-chip pages do not supply complete Ultra- or Energy-specific specifications. Phone-level comparisons therefore need evidence tied to the particular devices being considered.
