Investing.com’s summary also lists individual Kotak schemes, including Kotak Equity Hybrid at 1.04% and Kotak Contra at 0.45%. Those scheme-level shareholding figures are not the same measure as the Healthcare Fund’s net-asset weight. Nor should figures be added together without confirming the reporting basis, share counts, date and whether the underlying holdings are already included in an aggregate.

A verified report needs a primary document identifying the holder and the event behind the claimed crossing. That could be a Kotak portfolio disclosure or an exchange filing, but the available results do not identify a Kotak substantial-shareholding disclosure. The Molbio investor page lists company reports, offer documents, policies and filings; the materials surfaced from that page did not establish the specific Kotak claim.
