No. The available report does not substantiate any of those three features. Its reference to a separate rumored floodlight camera does not establish that the doorbell itself has a spotlight. Without an official specification or a clearly identified product, the lens arrangement and chime behavior are also unverified.

Has Apple announced it, and when might it arrive?
