To solve Detective Duck Chapter 2’s The Bakery case, follow the item chain from the police car to the phone booth, manhole, bakery, garage, storage room and Room 4. The hidden delivery code is 365, and the culprit identified by the walkthrough evidence is Arthur, the Postal Worker. You need to collect seven evidence pieces, analyze fingerprints at the police car and enter the code at the bakery delivery panel before the investigation can close.
What you need to solve The Bakery
The Bakery is the first map in Detective Duck Chapter 2. It is a Roblox investigation built around gated access: one item unlocks the next location, and several clues cannot be processed until you return to the police car. The practical objective is not to search every room at random; it is to complete the dependency chain in the right order.
- Collect the tire-mark clue beside the police car.
- Use the magnifying glass on the bakery-side door to find a fingerprint.
- Analyze each discovered fingerprint at the police car.
- Obtain the coin from the grandfather and call the city assistance number.
- Use the manhole keys to retrieve the bakery keys.
- Trade a donut to Greg for the garage key.
- Find the lockpick, open the storage room and take the ladder.
- Reach the upper room and Room 4, then reveal code 365 with the UV light.
- Enter 365 at the delivery panel and accuse Arthur, the Postal Worker.
The map can be played solo or with a group, and its listing describes mobile support. The puzzle itself does not require a controller, headset or any physical detective equipment; every magnifying glass, UV light, key and ladder is an in-game object.

Step-by-step walkthrough
1. Start at the police car
Begin by examining the tire marks beside the police car. Interact with the marks until the game registers the clue. This is the first evidence interaction and establishes the police car as your analysis point for later fingerprints.

Next, equip the magnifying glass from your inventory. Walk to the door on the bakery side and inspect it with the magnifying glass. The door contains a fingerprint that will not be useful until it has been processed at the police car.
2. Analyze the bakery-door fingerprint
Return to the police car with the fingerprint recorded. Use the analysis interaction there rather than trying to inspect the clue again at the bakery. If the game does not advance, check that the magnifying-glass interaction completed and that you used the police-car analysis prompt afterward.
3. Get the coin and the assistance number
Find the grandfather sitting on the bench and speak with him. He gives you a coin. Before leaving the area, read the sign near the bench. It displays the city assistance number 12375.

You cannot substitute a different number or skip the coin interaction.
4. Call for help at the phone booth
- Approach the phone booth.
- Use the coin on the booth when the interaction prompt appears.
- Dial 12375, matching the number on the sign.
- Wait for Tommy to arrive with the package.
- Collect the manhole keys from the package.
The call is the hand-off that moves the investigation underground. If Tommy does not appear, leave the booth and re-enter its interaction range, then confirm that the coin was consumed and all five digits were entered.
5. Open the manhole and recover the bakery keys
Take the manhole keys to the nearby manhole. Interact with it to open the cover, then collect the bakery keys inside. The keys are not found in the bakery itself; attempting to force the bakery entrance before this step will leave the route blocked.
6. Unlock the bakery and collect its evidence
Use the bakery keys on the bakery entrance. Once inside, search the accessible rooms and interact with every evidence prompt. Do not leave after finding only the obvious clue: the case requires seven evidence pieces in total, and the completion state depends on the full set being registered.

The map may label an interaction differently after an update. Follow the current on-screen prompt when its wording differs, but keep the same order of access: bakery first, then the customer trade and garage.
7. Trade a donut to Greg
Take one donut from inside the bakery to Greg, the angry customer. Give it to him through his interaction prompt. Greg rewards you with the garage key.
This is a required exchange rather than a decorative dialogue. If Greg does not accept the donut, make sure you picked up an actual inventory donut and did not merely click a display item, then leave and approach him again.
8. Search the garage for the lockpick
Use the garage key to enter the garage. Search the available objects until you find the lockpick. The lockpick is the tool for the bakery storage-room door; it is not used on the delivery panel or Room 4.
9. Open the storage room
Return to the bakery and use the lockpick on the storage-room entrance. Inside, collect the evidence and suspect information shown by the interaction prompts. This room also contains the ladder needed to reach the upper window.
Before leaving, equip the magnifying glass and inspect the freezer. The freezer hides another fingerprint. Record it, then take the ladder.
10. Analyze the freezer fingerprint
Carry the freezer fingerprint back to the police car and run the analysis interaction there. Both the bakery-door and freezer fingerprints must be processed at the police car; finding them without analyzing them can leave the investigation incomplete even when the rest of the map is open.

11. Use the ladder at the upper window
Bring the ladder to the upper window above the bakery and place it at the interaction point. Climb up to the room above the bakery. Search this area and collect the building keys and the Room 4 keys.

If the window prompt is missing, verify that you collected the ladder rather than only examining it and that the storage-room interactions have been completed.
12. Enter Room 4
Use the building and Room 4 keys on the appropriate locks. Room 4 contains the final clue needed for the delivery panel: a paper hidden beneath the pillow.
13. Reveal the code with the UV light
Equip the UV light and shine it on the paper under the Room 4 pillow. The invisible marking reveals the three-digit delivery code 365. The code is not visible from ordinary inspection, and it is not the assistance number used at the phone booth.
14. Enter 365 at the delivery panel
Return to the bakery delivery panel and enter 365. Submit the complete three-digit sequence. Entering the number before collecting the Room 4 paper, or entering 12375 by mistake, will not close the case.

Who is the culprit?
The walkthrough evidence identifies Arthur, the Postal Worker, as the culprit. The delivery record and vehicle or access clues point toward Arthur, while the apparent Room 4 lead functions as a setup rather than the final answer. Choose Arthur when the game presents the accusation step after the delivery investigation is complete.
This conclusion depends on finishing the evidence route, not simply guessing from the character list. If Arthur is unavailable as an accusation option, the map has probably not registered one of the required clues, a fingerprint analysis or the delivery-code entry.

Seven-evidence completion checklist
The case is described as requiring seven evidence pieces. Exact labels and interaction wording can change with a Roblox update, so use the current prompt names in your copy of the map. Use this checklist to diagnose a stalled investigation:
- Opening scene: tire marks near the police car have been collected.
- Bakery entrance: the door fingerprint has been inspected with the magnifying glass and analyzed at the police car.
- Bakery interior: all evidence prompts available after unlocking the bakery have been collected.
- Storage room: the relevant evidence and suspect information have been collected.
- Freezer: the fingerprint has been inspected with the magnifying glass and analyzed at the police car.
- Upper route: the building and Room 4 keys have been collected.
- Final clue: the paper under the Room 4 pillow has been examined with the UV light and code 365 has been entered at the delivery panel.
The list describes the required progression rather than promising identical item names after every update. If your inventory shows a different label, prioritize the matching location and the active interaction prompt.
Troubleshooting when the case will not close
The bakery door will not unlock
Confirm that Tommy delivered the package after the 12375 phone call, that you took the manhole keys, opened the manhole and picked up the bakery keys. The coin belongs in the phone booth; carrying it without completing the call does not unlock the bakery.
The phone call does nothing
Read the sign near the grandfather first, speak to the grandfather to receive the coin, then enter 12375 one digit at a time. If the booth still does not respond, move away and interact again so the prompt refreshes.
Greg does not give the garage key
Use a donut from the bakery inventory and give it to Greg, the angry customer. A nearby decorative pastry may not count as the required item. Reopen the dialogue after the trade if the key is not immediately visible.
The storage-room lockpick prompt is missing
Search the garage after unlocking it with Greg’s key. The lockpick is found there. The garage key itself comes from Greg, so returning to the garage before the donut exchange will not help.
The freezer clue is not accepted
Inspect the freezer with the magnifying glass, then travel back to the police car and use its analysis interaction. Finding the fingerprint is only half of the step.

The upper window cannot be reached
Take the ladder from the storage room and position it at the upper window above the bakery. If no climb prompt appears, check that the storage-room evidence interactions have been completed and that the ladder is in your inventory.
The delivery panel rejects the code
Use the UV light on the paper beneath the Room 4 pillow and enter 365. Do not enter the phone number 12375 at the panel. The code is revealed in Room 4, not on the assistance sign.
The accusation step is unavailable
Check the seven-evidence requirement, both police-car fingerprint analyses and the delivery-panel entry. Once the investigation is complete, select Arthur, the Postal Worker.

The game listing describes The Bakery as suitable for mobile play and supports solo or group sessions. On a smaller screen, keep the inventory visible when moving between the police car, bakery and upper room so you do not accidentally leave behind a required tool. In a group, assign one player to track the item chain and have everyone confirm evidence pickups before moving to the next locked area.
Solo players can follow the same route without changing the puzzle logic. Multiplayer does not remove the requirement to collect seven evidence pieces or to process fingerprints at the police car; coordinate who is carrying the magnifying glass, UV light and ladder to avoid backtracking.
