The stated maximum—up to 1,200 m³/h—is qualified as “free inlet delivery.” It describes the published figure under that condition, not what the hood will necessarily extract in a real kitchen. Installed performance depends on the duct route and installation, among other factors; the cited sheet does not provide an independent installed test or noise measurement. Treat the number as a specification to compare cautiously, not proof of real-world capture or quietness.

Check the width and placement
At 90 cm wide, the DEBETA90 needs a compatible space above the cooking area and within the cabinetry plan. Confirm the actual appliance dimensions and required clearances from the model’s installation instructions before ordering or fitting it. The family sheet warns that its dimensions and diagrams are guides and may change.
Choose ducted or recirculating operation
The sheet lists both fully ducted and recirculating use, with a 150 mm exhaust outlet. A ducted installation needs a suitable route and compatible outlet connection; whether a particular route will work depends on the kitchen and installation instructions. In recirculating mode, the sheet identifies carbon filters as an optional accessory. It does not provide DEBETA90-specific filter part numbers, prices or replacement intervals, so verify the compatible filter before relying on that setup.

Account for installation height
An optional 850 mm extension flue is listed, and the sheet says it extends the maximum hood height by 300 mm. Confirm that this accessory fits the precise DEBETA90 variant and your installation before purchase; the specification does not establish current stock or a part number.

The listed controls are electronic touch controls with three speeds and an automatic switch-off timer. Lighting is halogen. The aluminum mesh filters are described as dishwasher-proof, which offers a stated cleaning option for the grease filters; follow the product manual’s care instructions for your exact unit.
