How it compares with another reported lease in the building
Hindustan Times says Derive Trading and Resorts leased another apartment in Three Sixty West to One SGG Ventures LLP in May 2026, at a reported monthly rent of ₹27.5 lakh. That is ₹1 lakh below the starting monthly rent in the later lease. The report does not provide enough information about the earlier apartment’s size, lease term or other terms to establish that the two deals are directly comparable.

The figures describe this reported transaction; they are not a market-wide rent index. Although the newspaper characterizes the lease as among Mumbai’s costliest rental deals, the available account does not establish a comprehensive ranking across the city’s transactions. The report says it sent queries to Derive Trading and Resorts, DMart and IVL Dhunseri Petrochem Industries, but no company response appears in the retrieved text.
