The CZUR StarryHub Core 30 is a meeting-room system that connects to a display you already own, combining a camera, microphones, speakers, conferencing software and screen sharing in one hub. CZUR lists substantial camera and audio specifications, but the available product information does not establish how well tracking, pickup or setup performs in a real room. It is best considered by teams that want an integrated room device and can verify fit, app availability and current regional pricing before buying.
What is the CZUR Core 30?
The Core 30 is not simply a webcam. CZUR presents it as an all-in-one conference hub that connects over HDMI to an existing TV, projector or LED display. The hub provides the meeting system; the display remains yours. That can avoid replacing a room screen, though you still need to confirm the display and room setup meet your needs. CZUR’s Core 30 product page describes the device and its advertised features.
Vendor-listed physical specifications are 196.5 × 105 × 238.5 mm, 1.66 kg and approximately 28 W power draw. CZUR lists StarryOS 6.0 based on Android 14, 6 GB LPDDR5 memory, 64 GB eMMC storage, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3. These are manufacturer specifications, not independently verified measurements.
How good are the Core 30’s cameras?
CZUR specifies two 48 MP cameras: a 123° ultra-wide camera intended to cover the room and a 62° telephoto camera for a narrower view. It advertises 4K UHD capture, smart framing, speaker tracking and 3D distortion correction. These figures and functions describe what the manufacturer claims; they do not establish image quality, how smoothly framing follows speakers, or how well the system handles a particular room.

The dual-camera approach is potentially useful when a meeting needs both broad room coverage and a closer view of a speaker. Whether that is an advantage over a simpler camera depends on seating depth, room layout and how reliably the device selects and tracks speakers—performance questions not answered by the published specifications.
Will the microphones and speakers suit your room?
The specified audio system consists of a six-microphone circular array with 360° pickup and two 6 W speakers. CZUR states an 8–12 m voice pickup range and advertises echo cancellation, noise reduction and full-duplex communication. Those are vendor claims; there are no independent results here showing pickup quality, echo handling or speaker clarity at those distances.

CZUR describes the microphone array as appropriate for meeting rooms with fewer than 40 participants. Treat that as a manufacturer applicability claim, not a verified room-size recommendation. Acoustics, seating, distance and participant behavior can all affect intelligibility, and the published information does not quantify those conditions. For a room where people sit far apart or speak from different positions, confirm the audio in the actual layout before relying on the stated range.

CZUR names Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet as supported conferencing apps. The product is described as offering two workflows: an Android-based host mode, where the hub runs the meeting, and wired or wireless “bring your own meeting” (BYOM) modes, where a connected device supplies the meeting. Check current app availability for your region and intended workflow; the product pages do not establish that every app or mode is available in every market. Before choosing host mode, confirm the app version and account requirements you need. For BYOM, check how the hub connects to the computer or other meeting device and whether your organization’s conferencing setup supports that workflow. Published feature descriptions alone do not confirm the friction or reliability of setup in your room.
What screen sharing and display connections does it offer?
CZUR advertises wireless casting from up to nine screens at once and lists the following HDMI capabilities. These are manufacturer specifications; the source does not describe the conditions or limitations for using multiple simultaneous casts.

Check which output your display needs and whether the input/output arrangement matches your room. If your meetings depend on several presenters casting at once, verify the wireless casting behavior and compatibility with the devices participants actually bring.

Official CZUR storefronts showed conflicting figures when checked on October 7, 2026: the StarryHub storefront displayed $1,499, while a separate CZUR shop product listing showed $899 for the Core 30 variant with $999 struck through. The pages do not explain the discrepancy, which may reflect a promotion, region or page state. Neither figure should be treated as a universal current price. How does it compare with other Core models?
CZUR’s catalog also lists Core20 and Core50. The Core20 page describes a 12 MP camera, while the Core50 is presented for larger conference rooms. The available specifications are not sufficient for a normalized comparison of price, room suitability or complete feature sets, so these descriptions are starting points rather than a basis for declaring one model the better value. Who should consider the Core 30?
The Core 30 makes most sense for a team seeking to consolidate room video, audio, conferencing and screen sharing around an existing display. Its advertised mix of wide and telephoto cameras, built-in host mode and BYOM gives it several possible roles, but specifications alone cannot settle whether it will work well in a particular room.
- Map the room’s seating depth and participant positions against the camera coverage you need.
- Confirm whether you intend to use Android host mode or connect a laptop or other device for BYOM.
- Check the relevant HDMI output, casting needs and conferencing app availability in your region.
- Ask the seller to confirm exactly which accessories are included. CZUR lists WritePad, TouchBoard, ClickDrop and a wireless peripheral module as optional accessories; their inclusion should not be assumed.
- Verify the current regional price and, where possible, test camera tracking and voice pickup in a room with similar acoustics and seating.
The evidence available here is manufacturer product and storefront information rather than independent hands-on testing. Real-room tracking, audio quality, setup effort and reliability therefore remain unverified.
