CyberSushi is an arcade roguelite about cybernetic sushi heroes, quick movement and building streaks through increasingly difficult runs. Ezza Games announced an October 13, 2026 release on Steam and the Epic Games Store. Steam’s page still showed the game as not yet available when checked that day, with an estimated unlock in about two hours, so the date is confirmed but that snapshot does not establish that the game had already gone live.
What kind of game is CyberSushi?
Ezza Games describes CyberSushi as a neon arcade roguelite set amid collapsing cyberpunk dimensions. Its story revolves around the Bento Gates, a multiverse fracture, Yume and the Rice Cores; Mochi is the first hero to wake. The play is built around short, action-focused runs rather than a conventional sushi-making simulation.
Movement and timing drive each run: tap to fly, chain tokens and thread gaps. Sustained streaks build WASABI, which delivers a screen-clearing payoff. Filling Sushi Surge lets you choose one of three Sushi Hacks to add to your Hackware loadout. As runs progress, the game sends players through areas including Lost Horizons, Neo City and Subway Hackers. Ezza Games also describes the Maw Engine as a ghost-train chase that disables Hackware and forces players toward a portal.

Heroes and progression
You begin with Mochi and can obtain additional heroes through the Vendo. Ezza Games says each CyberSushi has a distinct perk; its site names Kiki, Aki, Mika, Taro, Tobi, Yumi and launch character Daigo. Between runs, players can upgrade, while all-time leaderboards provide a longer-term competitive goal.

Is CyberSushi out on Steam today?
The announced release date is October 13, 2026, for Steam and the Epic Games Store, according to Ezza Games’ official site; Steam also lists October 13, 2026. However, at the time the Steam listing was captured on October 13, it said the game was not yet available and estimated that it would unlock in approximately two hours. That is a time-specific storefront status, not confirmation of its current availability. Check the Steam or Epic Games Store page for the live purchase or install option.

A free, single-player Steam demo released on June 15, 2026. Its description calls it a focused slice of the game, featuring the token-chain, Sushi Surge and Sushi Hacks loop. At the time of the captured demo listing, Steam showed two user reviews and said there were too few to generate a review score. That small sample is not a useful substitute for a broader assessment of the full release.

The clearest jump between the two tiers is memory and graphics: the recommended listing doubles RAM from 8 GB to 16 GB and names substantially newer graphics cards. Steam does not publish an expected frame rate or resolution alongside these requirements, so meeting the recommended tier should not be read as a particular performance guarantee. Steam lists 14 interface languages: English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Latin American Spanish, Thai, Italian, Dutch and Turkish. English is listed with full audio; the other listed languages are interface-only.

Daigo’s launch event
Ezza Games advertises Daigo’s Exclusive Rift as a launch event running from October 13 through November 24, 2026. The developer says the Rift opens at 00:00 UTC on October 13. Daigo is described as a legendary “Guardian Roll” and a launch-exclusive hero; according to Ezza Games, players can earn Signal tickets by playing and use them to pull him from the Vendo. These are developer-stated event details, so consult the in-game event information for availability and rules.

What is confirmed about reviews and performance?
Steam’s full-game listing had no user reviews at the time it was captured. The available specifications are published requirements, not benchmark results, and no independent frame-rate or performance measurements are established here. That means players can compare their PC with the listed hardware, but cannot infer a tested frame rate from the requirements alone.
