Cyberleek’s October 14 “End of the road” message said the group would not publish a complete Grand Theft Auto VI build or the game’s ending after its $30 million memecoin market-cap condition failed. The material circulating online remains alleged footage, not an authenticated retail-game dump.
Separately, Microsoft Gaming chief Asha Sharma is reportedly revisiting Xbox’s exclusivity strategy. Fallout, Diablo and other major franchises are being considered for stronger Xbox-console positioning, but Microsoft has not announced a new policy making those series exclusive.

Cyberleek says the full GTA VI build will not be released
Cyberleek posted a three-part message titled “End of the road” on October 14. Kotaku reported that the statement said no full build and no ending would be released publicly, while also leaving a conditional threat if the group were pursued. Its closing line was reported as “The leeks stop here.”
The 6 Stars reported that Cyberleek’s $30 million market-cap condition was not reached, so the promised upload did not happen. The same report gives November 19, 2026, as the planned release date for GTA VI on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

What the $30 million condition meant
PC Gamer previously described Cyberleek’s proposed bargain: “CYBERLEEK hits 30 million marketcap, the build goes out – full story mode, played to the end, credits and all.” The group also demanded a physical release and an apology from Take-Two. Because the market-cap target was not met, that conditional offer did not trigger according to the reported chronology.
Was a complete game ever verified?
No independent authentication has established that Cyberleek possessed a complete, playable retail build. Videos and screenshots should therefore be treated as purported leaks. They may create spoiler risk, but they do not prove that a full game, complete story mode or ending was obtained. Avoiding reposted footage is the only reliable way to reduce exposure to unverified story details while waiting for the official launch.

Xbox is reconsidering exclusivity, not announcing Fallout or Diablo exclusives
Microsoft’s February 20 announcement identifies Asha Sharma as “EVP and CEO, Microsoft Gaming” and lists Fallout, The Elder Scrolls, DOOM and Diablo among the company’s franchises. Windows Central reported that Microsoft is considering making Fallout, The Elder Scrolls and other major properties Xbox console exclusive. That report describes an internal strategic consideration informed by surveys, not a completed release-policy announcement.
