To get Curseblood Stone in Mortal Shell II, progress through the Gate of Infinity Beacon, take Grimorium Obscurum from the bookshelves, and place it in the slot near the entrance. Then continue through the Beacon and defeat the Gloombound Wraith, which is reported to award the stone.
Where to find Curseblood Stone
The currently reported route is inside the Gate of Infinity Beacon. The stone is a reward for defeating the Gloombound Wraith, but first you must collect and use Grimorium Obscurum.
- Enter the Gate of Infinity Beacon and progress through the area.
- Look for Grimorium Obscurum on top of the bookshelves and take it.
- Return to the slot along the wall near the Beacon entrance and place the book there.
- Continue through the Beacon to the Gloombound Wraith and defeat it to obtain Curseblood Stone.
This route is documented by a third-party location guide rather than official game documentation, and the guide does not identify a specific game patch. If an update changes the area or its rewards, the route may need to be rechecked.

What Curseblood Stone does
Curseblood Stone is a melee Infusion Tarstone. Using it consumes Resolve to infuse a compatible weapon with Curse. The available item listing identifies Curse as the status effect, but does not establish its exact damage, buildup, duration, or interaction with enemy resistances. It also does not provide a numerical Resolve cost or say whether the infusion ends after a set number of strikes.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. When to use the infusion
Curseblood Stone is worth considering when you are using one of its listed compatible weapons and want to apply Curse. Its practical value depends on the Resolve cost and how Curse behaves against the enemy you are facing; those details are not established in the available item records. Tarstones more broadly can grant passive effects, weapon effects, or weapon-specific attacks, and some are limited to particular weapons or sidearms. General Tarstone guidance describes two possible upgrades, but an item-specific upgrade effect for Curseblood Stone is not established.
