Connection to Andhra Pradesh’s innovation agenda
CUAP’s entrepreneurship work is also linked institutionally to the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub (RTIH) initiative of the Government of Andhra Pradesh. In his Independence Day speech in 2025, CUAP Vice-Chancellor Prof. S. A. Kori said: “The Ratan Tata Innovation Hub (RTIH) is being established by Govt. of AP to promote innovation, create an entrepreneurial ecosystem, and mentor startups.”
The speech said Ananthapuramu would host one of RTIH’s regional spoke centres and that CUAP had been assigned related activities. This provides policy context for a seminar on innovation-led enterprise: the university is participating in a wider effort to connect innovation, startup mentoring and regional entrepreneurship. It does not, by itself, prove that RTIH will sponsor the seminar or that hub officials will appear as speakers.
