To create or update a physical product listing through the Ecommerce Manager integration, open Integrations → TikTok Shop → Products (or choose Manage products on the TikTok Shop dashboard), edit the product, fill in its TikTok-specific details, and select Save & sync. The catalog’s core details are managed in Ecommerce Manager; TikTok Shop requires its own category, brand, and shipping measurements before the listing can be submitted for review.
Check eligibility and store settings first
The integration guide currently describes support for physical products and names Brazil as the supported TikTok Shop market. Digital and other nonphysical products do not appear in the integration’s product list. A September 14, 2026 update also described Brazil as the initial market. Since availability can change, check the TikTok Shop integration in your account before preparing a listing.
Before connecting, make sure your store’s location, language, and currency match the TikTok Shop account. Mismatches in these settings are a common reason a connection fails.
- Have accurate product information and images ready.
- Measure the product’s shipping weight and package length, width, and height.
- Be prepared to sign in to TikTok Shop and authorize the access requested during connection.
Connect TikTok Shop to Ecommerce Manager
- In Ecommerce Manager, open Integrations and find the TikTok Shop card.
- Select Get started and review the access permissions.
- Continue to TikTok Shop, sign in, and authorize the requested access. The requested permissions include viewing order and customer shipping data and managing shipping tasks such as creating labels and updating tracking.
- After authorization, return to the TikTok Shop dashboard in Ecommerce Manager.
If the connection does not complete, compare the store’s location, language, and currency with the TikTok Shop account region.

Create or edit a product listing
- Open Integrations → TikTok Shop → Products, or choose Manage products from the TikTok Shop dashboard.
- Find the product. The list shows price, variants, inventory, and sync status; you can search by name or filter by status or category.
- Choose Edit. For images, subtitle, description, or price, use the provided Edit in Ecommerce Manager links. These core details come from the Ecommerce dashboard.
- In the TikTok Shop product details area, select the product category and brand, then enter its weight and package length, width, and height. Complete any additional attributes required for that category, such as material, pattern, or quantity per pack.
- Select Save & sync to submit the listing.
Product sync review usually takes a few minutes, but this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion time. TikTok Shop’s separate US Seller Center guidance says reviews generally take 24 hours and may take up to 48 hours during campaigns; those estimates apply to the US Seller Center process, not necessarily to this integration or Brazil.
Understand product sync statuses
| Status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Not synced | The product has not yet been sent to TikTok Shop. | Complete the required details and select Save & sync. |
| Syncing | TikTok Shop is reviewing or publishing the submitted product. | Wait for the review to finish; approval changes the status to Active. |
| Active | The product is approved and live in TikTok Shop. | The listing can be seen by shoppers. |
| Inactive | The product has been deactivated. | Review its current state in the product page and make any needed changes before reactivating it. |
| Sync failed | The submission was rejected or is missing details. | Read the failure or rejection details, correct the missing or rejected information, and try again. A retry is also available from the product page if syncing takes longer than expected. |
Use Seller Center only for its own editing workflow
TikTok Shop also documents editing products directly in Seller Center, including individual edits and a desktop-only bulk-edit workflow. Its US guidance covers product details, media, sales information, shipping, and qualifications. For bulk qualification files, TikTok lists JPEG, JPG, and PNG image formats and says PDF is not supported. These are Seller Center instructions, not steps in the Ecommerce Manager integration.
Rank #2
TikTok’s US listing guidance calls for accurate product information, including title, description, category, brand, images or video, package weight and dimensions, selling attributes, and price. Requirements can vary by market, so sellers listing in Brazil should check the current local Seller Center requirements rather than assume the US rules apply unchanged.
