To connect Candy Crush Saga with Facebook, open the game, sign out of the profile currently connected, then sign in with the Facebook account you want to use. Check the level shown before continuing: signing in may reveal a different progress profile, and connecting accounts should not be treated as a guaranteed way to merge two histories.
Before switching accounts
First identify which account currently shows the level you want to keep. Confirm you can access the intended Facebook login, and have your King account sign-in details ready if you use one. A community post reproducing Help Centre guidance recommends checking credentials and using a stable internet connection before changing accounts (King Community guidance).
- Note the level currently displayed in the game.
- Confirm that the Facebook account you plan to use is the correct one and that you can sign into it.
- If you currently use a King account, make sure you know its credentials before signing out.
Some items may not follow progress when accounts sync or support manually transfers progress. Community-hosted guidance says boosters, lives, and Gold Bars are not included in a manual level-progress transfer; another community response notes that boosters stored on a device may not sync. Do not assume stars or high scores will carry over either.

Sign in with Facebook from the game
- Open Candy Crush Saga. Use the game app on your mobile device or the Windows app.
- Open the profile or account menu. The precise label and location can vary by platform and app version.
- Sign out of the currently connected account. If the game is connected to a King account, sign out of that account first.
- Choose the Facebook sign-in option and log in with the Facebook account you intend to connect.
- Check the level shown in the game. Confirm it is the progress profile you expected before playing or making further account changes.
The sequence follows Help Centre guidance reproduced in a King Community post. The source is community-hosted, so exact button names may differ between versions.

Switch from Facebook to a King account
If the game is currently connected to Facebook and you want to use a King account instead, open the profile or account menu, sign out of Facebook, then sign in to your King account. Check the displayed level immediately afterward. The same reproduced guidance describes this reverse sign-in route and says progress should sync to the other account; it does not establish that separate existing progress histories will merge.
If the wrong progress appears
- Do not keep switching between accounts without checking which one has the desired level.
- If possible, sign back into the account that displayed the expected progress.
- Contact King support for help with the specific accounts and progress profiles involved.
Accounts can show different progress, and item inventories may not carry across in the same way as levels. The community-hosted guidance says King may be able to manually transfer level progress to a new account, but describes boosters, lives, and Gold Bars as excluded from that transfer. It also notes that transferred levels may show two stars by default and high scores may not transfer. Check current support instructions before requesting or making a change that may be difficult to reverse.

Why older King.com instructions may not work
Some older instructions describe signing in on the King.com website and using a “Score and progression sync” setting. More recent King Community moderator guidance says the King.com syncing route is no longer available and directs mobile and Windows app players to sync from within the game (King Community moderator guidance). Use the in-game account controls rather than relying on the old browser flow.
