On the specifications reported by comparison listings, the Motorola Edge 70 Pro Plus 5G offers more RAM and storage in the compared configurations, a larger battery, faster charging and three 50 MP rear cameras. The Samsung Galaxy A27 5G is listed at a lower India price and with a longer OS-update period. Those trade-offs are useful for a first comparison, but the prices differ between sources and the specifications are not manufacturer-confirmed here.

The two comparison pages show different price snapshots, so treat them as reference points rather than guaranteed checkout prices. Gadgets Now’s comparison, accessed October 7, 2026, lists offer and list prices; Smartprix gives lower-price figures and marks its compared details as last updated September 26, 2026.

More listed memory and storage
The compared Motorola configuration is listed with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage, double the Samsung configuration’s 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. That gives the Motorola more listed capacity for apps and files, but make sure the prices you compare are for those exact configurations; the Samsung listing also shows other variants.

Larger battery and faster stated charging
The listing gives the Motorola a 6,500 mAh battery and 90 W charging, compared with 5,000 mAh and 25 W for the Samsung. Capacity and charging wattage do not establish real-world battery life or charging time: those depend on use, software, charger compatibility, and other conditions not reported in the comparison.

Gadgets Now lists three 50 MP rear cameras for the Motorola. For Samsung, it lists a 50 MP main camera with OIS alongside 5 MP and 2 MP cameras. Megapixel counts alone do not show image quality, and the comparison does not provide a like-for-like camera test.

Where the Samsung listing has the advantage
Lower listed India prices
Samsung is priced lower in both comparison snapshots. The difference is substantial in these listings, but it should not be treated as a fixed saving: offers, sellers, stock, and the exact storage configuration can change the amount at checkout.
Longer listed update duration
The comparison gives Samsung six years of OS updates and six years of security updates, versus three and five years respectively for Motorola. Because it does not identify the policy start date or define the covered models and regions, confirm the applicable support commitment with the manufacturer before using these durations to estimate how long the phone will remain supported.

Samsung is listed as supporting expandable storage up to 2 TB, while Motorola is listed as not supporting it. Verify the card type, maximum supported capacity, and whether the regional version includes a usable card slot before relying on this difference.

Use the comparison as a shortlist, not a final buying verdict. The sources suggest the Motorola is the stronger fit if you prioritize the listed memory and storage, battery capacity, charging wattage, and camera count. Samsung looks more appealing if its lower local price, expandable-storage listing, and longer stated update period matter more.

- Match the exact configuration. Compare the same RAM and storage capacity you intend to purchase, rather than using a phone’s lowest advertised price against a higher-capacity variant.
- Check the live India price. The two sources disagree, and their figures are snapshots. Confirm the seller, availability, included charger or accessories, and final checkout amount.
- Verify the model and regional specifications. Check supported 5G bands, camera hardware, charging compatibility, storage expansion, and display details on the manufacturer’s India product information.
- Confirm software support directly. Ask when OS and security support begins for the exact regional model and how long it lasts.
