On Clean All the Leaves’ The House map, the rooftop is reached using the ladder beside the house after you clear the required yard areas. Guides disagree on whether the Front Yard alone is enough: the more detailed rooftop guide says to finish both the Front Yard and Porch to 100%, in either order. Check your active in-game objective and the ladder’s interaction prompt; if the roof remains locked after the Front Yard, finish the Porch too.
How to unlock the Rooftop on The House map
- Confirm the map and objective. Select The House and check the current objective shown in the game.
- Clear the Front Yard to 100%. If the rooftop prompt does not appear afterward, complete the Porch to 100% as well. The Clean All the Leaves Roblox Wiki rooftop guide says, “Clean both the Front Yard and the Porch to 100%, in either order.” Read the rooftop guide.
- Use the ladder beside the house. Check for an interaction prompt and follow it to climb up. The guide describes the ladder as the rooftop access point.
Another guide says completing only the Front Yard unlocks the Rooftop, so the exact requirement is not consistent across the available walkthroughs. That guide’s House-map walkthrough may reflect a different game state. Prefer the live objective and prompt over an older guide if they differ.
Do not confuse the Garage unlock with rooftop access
The Garage uses a separate action. On The House map, the House guide places a red button on the counter inside the Shed; pressing it opens the Garage. It does not replace the yard cleanup and ladder steps for reaching the Rooftop. See the House map guide.

A 99% meter is a reason to search carefully, not proof that the area is bugged. Community guides recommend checking likely missed spots, but they do not establish a precise leaf-count formula or a guaranteed fix.

- Walk the area’s boundaries slowly and inspect corners.
- Check around and behind objects, including both sides where accessible.
- Empty the leaves you are carrying before checking whether the displayed progress changes. A guide suggests this, but the available information does not verify that bag contents cause the 99% state.
- In some situations, close doors and recheck the area; one guide suggests this to prevent leaves moving back into a completed zone. Treat it as a situational tip, not a universal mechanic.

If the area shows 100% but the Rooftop is still unavailable
Verify that you are on The House map, reread the active objective, and check the ladder for an interaction prompt. If you completed only the Front Yard, try finishing the Porch too; that is the requirement stated by the more detailed rooftop guide. The available walkthroughs do not establish that rejoining a server reliably fixes a missing prompt, so do not assume it will.

One walkthrough notes that its House route predates a map refresh and advises following current prompts when they differ. See the walkthrough’s update note. That context is another reason to trust the game’s current instructions over a route recorded before a refresh.
