If a Clash Royale emote is not visible, first open Collection → Emote Deck and inspect the complete emote list. The default deck shows only eight equipped emotes; during a battle, tap the white arrow on the Emote button to open the other emotes you own. If the emote came from the season track, open Pass Royale and look for a Claim button at the bottom for unclaimed rewards from the previous season. For Supercell ID Rewards, use the in-game Supercell ID menu → Rewards, or sign in at id.supercell.com with the same Supercell ID connected to Clash Royale. If the item is still missing, submit the official Clash Royale Contact Form while signed in to Supercell ID.
Why a Clash Royale emote can look missing
A missing emote is often a visibility or claim-location problem rather than a lost entitlement. Clash Royale separates the emotes you own from the eight emotes equipped in the default Emote Deck. Rewards also arrive through several systems, and each has its own place to verify the claim.
- It is owned but not in the eight-slot deck. The rest of your collection remains available from the white arrow in battle.
- The reward is still unclaimed. Pass Royale can retain unclaimed rewards after a season changes, with a Claim button shown at the bottom of the season view.
- The reward belongs to another Supercell ID. This can happen when several accounts are used on one device or when you switch devices.
- The reward was issued through Supercell ID Rewards. That entitlement must be checked in the Rewards area, including the browser-based ID Rewards site when necessary.
- Support needs to investigate an account-specific problem. Supercell’s support pages do not publish a universal delivery-time promise or a single bug that explains every missing emote.
Use this order to find the reward
Follow the checks in order. They move from the most common display mistake to account and support verification without assuming that reinstalling or waiting will fix the entitlement.
- Identify the reward source. Decide whether the emote came from a Shop offer, Trophy Road milestone, special event or challenge, Pass Royale, or a Supercell ID connection or Rewards claim. The source determines where the entitlement should be confirmed.
- Search the complete collection. Open Collection, enter Emote Deck, and review the emotes you own. If you are looking while in a match, tap the white arrow on the Emote button to open emotes outside the eight equipped slots.
- Check the current Pass Royale screen. If the emote was a season-track reward, open Pass Royale and inspect the bottom of the view. A Claim button indicates that a previous-season reward remains uncollected.
- Check Supercell ID Rewards. In Clash Royale, open the Supercell ID menu and choose Rewards. You can also visit
id.supercell.comin a browser, sign in, review available or completed rewards, and claim a pending item. Browser activation is required for the ID Rewards program; it is not completed entirely inside the game app. - Confirm the connected account. Compare the Supercell ID shown in Clash Royale with the account that earned the reward. If you use multiple game accounts, switch to the account associated with the original claim and search its collection.
- Contact Supercell with evidence. If the emote remains absent after those checks, open the official Clash Royale Contact Form. Supercell asks players with Supercell ID to log in first. Include the player tag, the Supercell ID email, the reward source, the approximate claim date, and screenshots or purchase and claim records.
Where to look for each type of reward
Use the table to match the way you earned the emote with the place where its status is most useful to verify.

|---|---|---|
| Shop offer | Collection → Emote Deck | The emote appears in the owned collection, even if it is not one of the eight equipped emotes. |
| Trophy Road | Collection → Emote Deck | The Trophy Road milestone was reached on the same game account that you are viewing. |
| Special event or challenge | Collection → Emote Deck | The event reward was claimed and the item is not simply outside the active deck. |
| Pass Royale | Pass Royale, especially the bottom of the season view | A Claim button for an unclaimed previous-season reward is still available. |
| Supercell ID Rewards | In-game Supercell ID menu → Rewards, then id.supercell.com |
You are signed in with the Supercell ID linked to Clash Royale and any pending reward has been claimed. |
Check the full Emote Deck, not only the equipped slots
Supercell’s Emotes documentation places the Emote Deck and the Tower Skins tab inside Collection. The default Emote Deck supports up to eight emotes. That eight-emote layout is a battle shortcut, not a limit on the number of emotes your account can own.
From the Collection screen
- Open Collection from the main Clash Royale interface.
- Open Emote Deck.
- Look through the owned emotes rather than only the eight currently selected for battle.
- If you want the item immediately available in the match shortcut, add it to one of the eight deck positions.
An emote that is present in the collection but absent from the active deck has not disappeared. It is simply not selected for the quick-access row.
During a battle
When you are in a battle, the white arrow on the Emote button opens the rest of the emotes you own. Use that arrow before concluding that an emote was never delivered. This check is especially important after earning an emote while your eight deck positions were already filled.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteRecover an unclaimed Pass Royale emote
Pass Royale rewards have a separate recovery check. Supercell states that when a new season starts, rewards from the previous season that were not claimed remain available. A Claim button appears at the bottom of the Pass Royale view when unclaimed rewards are waiting.

Exact check
- Open Pass Royale in Clash Royale.
- Move to the season-track view for the account that earned the reward.
- Scroll to or inspect the bottom of the view.
- Look for the Claim button associated with unclaimed rewards from the previous season.
- Claim the reward, then return to Collection → Emote Deck and search the complete collection.
If no Claim button appears, the season-track recovery condition described by Supercell is not currently visible on that account. Continue with the account-identity check and the support route instead of assuming that the emote will appear after an unspecified delay.
Check Supercell ID Rewards correctly
Supercell ID Rewards is a cross-game rewards program, and Clash Royale is a supported game. Its claim flow is different from a normal in-game collection check.
In the game
- Open the in-game Supercell ID menu.
- Select Rewards.
- Review the available reward activity and any item waiting to be claimed.
- Claim the item if the option is present, then inspect Collection → Emote Deck.
In a browser
- Open
id.supercell.comin a browser. - Sign in with the same Supercell ID that is linked to the Clash Royale account where the reward was earned.
- Review available and completed Rewards activity.
- Claim any pending item and reopen Clash Royale to check the collection.
Supercell says activation for ID Rewards is not available entirely inside the game app and must be completed in a browser. Checking only the in-game screen can therefore miss a browser step required to activate or claim the entitlement.
Verify that you are on the right Supercell ID
Supercell ID is designed to protect game progress across devices and to let players switch among connected game accounts. That convenience also creates a common diagnostic trap: the game may be open on a different account from the one that earned the emote.

Account-identity checklist
- Open the Supercell ID area from Clash Royale’s Settings menu and note the account currently connected.
- Compare that account with the email used when the reward was earned or claimed.
- If you play more than one Clash Royale account, identify which player tag reached the Trophy Road milestone, completed the challenge, bought the Shop offer, or progressed through Pass Royale.
- On another device, do not assume that the first account loaded is the correct one; verify the Supercell ID before searching the collection.
- After switching to the correct connected account, repeat the Collection and reward-source checks.
A reward cannot be confirmed from the collection of an account that did not earn it. Account identity should be established before asking support to investigate delivery.
What to include in a Clash Royale support request
Use the official Clash Royale Contact Form if the emote is still missing after the collection, season, Rewards, and account checks. Supercell’s form asks players who have Supercell ID to log in first. Logging in gives support the account context needed to investigate the entitlement.
Prepare these details
- Player tag: the tag for the Clash Royale account that earned the reward.
- Supercell ID email: the email for the account currently connected to that player profile.
- Reward source: identify whether it was a Shop offer, Trophy Road reward, event or challenge, Pass Royale tier, or Supercell ID Rewards item.
- Approximate claim date: give the date or a narrow time period when the reward was earned or claimed.
- Evidence: attach screenshots of the reward screen, the Claim state, the Rewards activity, or the collection. For a purchase, include transaction details that identify the purchase without exposing unnecessary account information.
- Reproduction path: state exactly where you looked, such as Collection → Emote Deck, the in-battle white-arrow list, Pass Royale’s bottom Claim area, and the Supercell ID Rewards page.
Describe one missing reward per report when possible. A precise source, account, date, and screenshot gives support a clearer entitlement trail than a general statement that an emote vanished.

- Do not treat a delay as a guaranteed fix. There is no published universal response or delivery time to rely on.
- Do not treat reinstalling as entitlement recovery. It may be relevant to an individual technical incident, but the support material does not promise that it restores a missing reward.
- Do not treat cache clearing as a confirmed solution. It is not documented as a universal emote-recovery procedure.
- Do not open a second account to look for the item. First establish which Supercell ID and player tag earned the reward.
Those actions can be considered only as incident-specific troubleshooting if support directs you to use them. They should not replace checking the correct collection, claim screen, Rewards account, and player identity.

The emote appears somewhere in Collection
It is owned. Add it to the eight-slot Emote Deck if you want it in the quick battle row, or use the white arrow during a battle to select it from the remaining owned emotes.
The emote is absent, but Pass Royale shows Claim
Claim the previous-season reward at the bottom of the Pass Royale view, then search Collection → Emote Deck again.
The emote came from Supercell ID Rewards and is not in the collection
Check the in-game Supercell ID menu → Rewards, then sign in at id.supercell.com with the linked account. Complete any browser claim or activation shown there before checking the game again.

The account in the game is not the account that earned the reward
Switch to the Supercell ID connected to the correct player profile, then repeat the relevant source check. A collection search on the wrong account cannot verify delivery.
Every check is correct, but the emote is still absent
Log in to the official Clash Royale Contact Form and submit the player tag, Supercell ID email, reward source, approximate claim date, and screenshots or transaction evidence. Supercell’s support hub also lists Bug Reports and Technical Assistance under Troubleshooting for technical cases.
How to prevent the same confusion next time
- Record which player tag and Supercell ID earned a limited-time reward, especially when multiple accounts are used.
- After claiming a season or event reward, verify it in Collection rather than relying only on the reward animation.
- Keep the emote’s source and approximate claim date until it is visible in the collection.
- For Supercell ID Rewards, finish the browser step at
id.supercell.comand retain the claim confirmation or activity entry. - When contacting support, capture the relevant screen before changing accounts or devices so the evidence reflects the original state.
Official support paths
Use the in-game support options or the official Clash Royale Contact Form for an account-specific investigation. Supercell’s support hub identifies Bug Reports and Technical Assistance under Troubleshooting. If you have Supercell ID, log in before submitting the form, as requested on the contact page.
