The Clark Rubber Comfort Deluxe is a foam mattress sold in several sizes and depths, so the “100mm” label does not describe every specification in the public review. CHOICE’s reviewed Queen model is listed at 10.5 cm thick, with claimed firmness of firm. Its detailed test scores and recommendation are members-only, so the public information supports a specification-led assessment—not a performance verdict.
Which Comfort Deluxe mattress did CHOICE review?
CHOICE identifies its Clark Rubber Comfort Deluxe (100mm) review as a Queen foam mattress. Its listing gives dimensions of 201.5 x 151 x 10.5 cm, a thickness of 10.5 cm, three layers and a weight of 8 kg. The retailer sells Comfort Deluxe in multiple configurations, including 100 mm variants, so check the exact size and depth on the listing before buying.
The difference between the retailer’s “100mm” product naming and CHOICE’s 10.5 cm specification should be preserved: they are the respective descriptions shown for the product and reviewed Queen model, not figures to silently treat as identical.
Is the Comfort Deluxe firm?
For the reviewed Queen model, CHOICE records the claimed firmness as firm. Clark Rubber’s descriptions vary by product configuration: its single mattress page describes a medium-soft feel, its King Single 100 mm listing describes higher-density foam and a firm feel, and its camp listing describes medium-soft support. These are retailer descriptions for particular variants, not a single independently established firmness for the whole range.

What is known about its construction and care?
Clark Rubber describes the range as Australian-made Dunlop foam with a soft, lightweight microfibre cover that is removable and washable. The retailer also says the foam has Ultra-Fresh antimicrobial treatment intended to help control dust mites, mould, mildew and fungi, and identifies a Sensitive Choice endorsement associated with the National Asthma Council Australia. Those are retailer claims and product features; the public CHOICE material does not independently establish health or allergy outcomes.
Clark Rubber states a one-year warranty and points customers to a care guide. The available product information does not specify detailed washing conditions or warranty exclusions, so consult the current care guide and warranty terms for the exact variant rather than assuming particular cleaning methods are suitable.

What does the public review evidence establish?
CHOICE lists test dimensions including support, stability, sagging resistance, breathability, wear resistance and warmth or coolness. The scores and recommendation are restricted to members. Could it work for a caravan or guest bed?
Clark Rubber describes uses that include occasional bedding, sleepovers, guests, caravans and camping, with wording that differs among product variants. A 100 mm mattress may suit a particular setup only if its dimensions, thickness and construction work with the available bed space and expected use. Measure the base and check the fitted bedding or cover dimensions before ordering.
For a decision, compare the exact size and depth, stated versus independently assessed firmness, how often it will be used, removable-cover care, warranty terms and current delivered price. The public evidence here does not provide verified head-to-head results against another mattress.
