CKK Retail Mart’s proposed 5:1 bonus issue does not yet have a confirmed record date in the available exchange and news reports. The board proposed five new shares for every one existing share, subject to shareholder approval; the proposal is not proof that the bonus has been approved or allotted.
What is the CKK Retail Mart bonus share record date?
No confirmed record date for the proposed 5:1 bonus issue is established in the available reports. Investors should treat the date as unknown until the company or an exchange filing announces it. The NSE listing shows that CKK Retail Mart filed an “Outcome of Board Meeting” on 12 October 2026 at 16:25 IST under Regulation 30, but that filing date is not itself a record date. A record date is the date used to identify shareholders eligible for a corporate action. It should not be inferred from the board-meeting date or a regulatory deadline. Check the latest company announcement on the exchange before relying on an eligibility date.

Reports describing the 12 October board outcome say the company proposed a 5:1 bonus issue, subject to shareholder approval. In practical terms, if approved, a holder would receive five additional shares for each one existing share held, under the terms and eligibility date ultimately announced. The proposal does not mean five shares total for each existing share, and it does not establish that shares have already been allotted. Mint coverage DSIJ coverage

Is the 5:1 bonus approved?
The available reporting establishes a board proposal that is conditional on shareholder approval. It does not establish that shareholders have approved it or that the company has completed allotment. The stages matter:
- Board proposal: The board has proposed the 5:1 issue, according to reports of the 12 October outcome.
- Shareholder approval: This remains a condition in the reported proposal; the available evidence does not confirm approval.
- Allotment: No completed allotment for this proposed October action is established by the available reports.
For a definitive status, check subsequent exchange notices for voting results, the record-date announcement, and allotment details.

Does the 11 December 2026 date qualify as the record date?
No. DSIJ mentions 11 December 2026 as an indicative regulatory deadline, but the report does not establish that date as the record date. A deadline associated with completing a corporate-action process is not interchangeable with the date used to determine eligible shareholders. Do not use 11 December as the record date unless a later company or exchange notice explicitly says so. DSIJ coverage

CKK Retail Mart had a separate earlier 1:1 bonus action. A company filing hosted by NSE in May 2026 discussed that earlier allotment and its record date; it does not determine eligibility for the proposed October 5:1 issue. Investors should use the notice specific to the October proposal rather than carrying forward a date or terms from the May action. NSE filing

What should shareholders check next?
- Open the latest CKK Retail Mart corporate filings on NSE and look for notices after the 12 October 2026 board outcome.
- Confirm whether a shareholder-approval result has been filed.
- Look for a separate notice naming the record date and the final terms of the issue.
- Check for a later allotment filing before treating the bonus shares as issued.
The NSE listing confirms the board-outcome filing’s date and category. Reports by Mint and DSIJ describe the proposal’s ratio and approval condition; the operative status and any later dates should be verified against subsequent exchange notices.
