The vivo T3 Pro 5G lists a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and 80W charging, while the Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 SE 5G lists a larger 5,800mAh battery, a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 and 45W charging. Both have 6.77-inch, 120Hz AMOLED displays. The better fit depends on which listed features matter to you—and on current prices for matching storage versions.

Which phone has the stronger listed performance and charging?
On paper, the vivo has the higher-tier named Snapdragon platform and the faster charging specification: Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and 80W, versus Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 and 45W on the Redmi. These specifications do not establish benchmark scores, gaming frame rates, heat management or sustained performance. No independent head-to-head test results are established here, so treat the chipset comparison as a hardware distinction rather than proof of how much faster one phone feels.
How do the displays and cameras differ?
Both phones list the same 6.77-inch screen size, 2392 × 1080 resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The Redmi is explicitly described as having a curved AMOLED panel; the vivo listing says AMOLED. The shared size and refresh rate do not make the displays identical, and the available specifications do not provide a like-for-like brightness comparison.

The rear camera setups differ in role: vivo lists a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide camera, while Redmi lists a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth camera. Redmi lists the higher-resolution selfie camera at 20MP, compared with vivo’s 16MP. Megapixel counts and feature lists alone cannot establish which phone takes better photos or video in real conditions.
Which has the larger battery, and what do the protection ratings mean?
Xiaomi lists the Redmi battery as 5,800mAh typical, compared with vivo’s 5,500mAh. vivo lists faster 80W charging; Xiaomi lists 45W and says an adapter is included. Capacity and charging wattage do not by themselves establish real-world runtime or charging time, which can vary with use and conditions.

The manufacturers list IP65 + IP66 for Redmi and IP64 for vivo. Xiaomi’s page cautions that its rating applies under specific laboratory conditions and does not cover liquid damage outside those conditions. Neither rating means a phone is waterproof; avoid deliberate exposure to water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance.
What are the India prices, and is there a clear price difference?
There is no reliable like-for-like price difference established by the available listings. The vivo India store showed ₹29,999 for 8GB/128GB and ₹31,999 for 8GB/256GB, but the captured listing marked the selected configuration unavailable. Xiaomi’s store result showed a ₹25,999 starting price alongside a ₹34,999 marketing price and a stated ₹9,000 saving; variant, offer and stock can change. A 91mobiles result showed ₹24,799 for Redmi at Amazon, but this is a third-party marketplace figure that may be stale. The figures come from different listing contexts and should not be treated as a current, comparable price table.

Before choosing on price, check the live seller listings for the same RAM and storage tier, the seller and warranty terms, stock, and any offer conditions. Which phone should you choose?
- Consider vivo T3 Pro 5G if the listed Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 platform, 80W charging, OIS-equipped main camera and ultra-wide camera match your priorities.
- Consider Redmi Note 15 SE 5G if you prefer its listed larger battery, 20MP front camera, curved display, microSD expansion or IP65 + IP66 ratings.
